'When my mom fell in the night, the staff was able to get us a wheelchair in just minutes so we could get her to the med clinic to be check out. They said not to worry about our checkout time. They would take care of it.

'Was not worth the money spent for 2 nights, rooms were ok, clean good enough to get sleep. Housekeepers may need to be retrained on cleaning rooms. Night staff didnt seem to know much, was able to change our room since the air wasnt working in the first room.'

'Staff were excellent. The AC was broken in the lobby area for 2 days making the bar/ food experience horrible. The lobby area and outside are beautiful. When you get to the rooms, not so much. Old rooms, need updating, air doesn’t cool in the rooms that great. Rust on most of the appliances/fixtures/faucets. Room service came as they should. Not a bad place to stay but don’t be fooled by the pictures online.'

'We have stayed in a lot of hotels. This is one of the best over all experiences we ever had. Rooms are spacious, fully equipped and very clean. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Excellent wifi. Breakfast & dinner buffets have a lot of variety & healthy choices. Location is very central to Mobile & Gulf. We felt very much at home!'

'The person at the desk was super helpful. The ice machine was broken so he got us some ice. The elevator was broken and being seniors and women he carried our 50lb suitcases up to floor 3. I don’t know what we would have done if he hadn’t helped us. It is an old building so can use some repairs but otherwise not bad. I would stay there again if tge elevator worked.'
