The welcome tray of a few little treats, tea, coffee and milk in the fridge was a nice touch too.

'I’ve not had a good time in the lock down booking with hotels.com , and after several failures as a key worker I found this place . Wish I’d gone directly to them and not given Hotels.com the credit of this review. The Premises was exceptional with all mod cons, very clean everything you need to do whilst working away . 'We stayed for a gig at Heaton park. The girl on check in couldn't be more helpful. I was able to park outside the property. The room was lovely and clean and it was £15 in a Uber to the concert.'

'Whole experience was excellent from leisure staff, bar staff and restaurant staff all very helpful and attentive. Evening meal was excellent, good choice. Breakfast was also lovely, great choice for adults and children.
