'Per gravi motivi personali ho contattato la struttura telefonicamente per avvalermi dell'opzione (inclusa) della cancellazione gratuita entro due GG dalla prenotazione. Dopo aver ricevuto la conferma della cancellazione mi hanno comunque addebitato in toto con penali la cifra del soggiorno... Senza più farsi vivi, né con me, ne tramite Expedia, con cui avevo prenotato Che dire, quando c'è onestà e professionalità siamo veramente a cavallo. Un gran peccato'

'Modern and Beautiful hotel strategically located at city center. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful - all essential information was well communicated. The room is spacious with comfortable bed, very clean and well maintained in general. Rooftop restaurant has a fantastic view and the breakfast was well organised with helpful staffs. Will definitely return to this hotel if happen to revisit this city in near future.'

'It was only a five min walk to the hotel from the train station. Many nice restaurants near by and a large shopping. Enter on your way to the station. Nice little bar erea below the hotel. Staff very friendly. Received a complimentary cable car pass once we had booked in.'
