We were thankful the hotel owner stayed up late so we could check in! Our room was musty from not being used in a long while. My only complaint is waking up to the smell of marijuana all in our room like someone was smoking near our AC unit and it was blowing on us. Sketchy characters were rambling around but it was a large group of us so I was not scared. Would NEVER stop here alone with my kids, though. I think the owners really try to keep it as nice as possible.

The rooms are refurbished; new floors, beds, furniture, sink . Nice art on 2 walls. New frig & microwave, better than average. NO carpet , yeah. Fairly quiet. Parked right outside our door. Single coffee maker with decent coffee.

Minimalist type of hotel
The person at the front desk was extremely friendly. It is a minimalist type of hotel. However it was very clean. Stay there as part of a longer trip.

The staff was really nice. The room was reasonably clean but the bed was so comfy! The only problem I had, had nothing to do with the Inn. The police had the staff request all of our IDs. Long story short, they racial profiled my minor sons.

Do not stay at this hotel horrible
I do not mind putting a security deposit down but my debit card is thru my app and a picture in my wallet pay because we travel for work all over the US and it is convenient when there is fraud I can cancel my card and they upload the new one threw banking app which is very convenient for us considering we r mikes from home. Never had a issue when arriving to destination they either do Apple Pay or they will manually enter in my card never no issue. Mr. Mike Patel as he claim to be refused my Method of payment trying to tell me it would be fraud no it technically isn’t when you buy online from shopping networks we manually enter the card number or paying a bill over the phone here is the worst it was 25 dollar security deposit we already paid 80 dollars thru hotels.com so room was paid for and here is the catch it was non refundable I stayed in the lobby for 45 minutes with this man that refused to call his manager, general manager etc. he would say he wasn’t the manager then say he was very rude and unprofessional he new the room was non refundable thru hotels.com as well and would not call and verify that he couldn’t take my form of payment to be refunded back to me. After 45 min a lady that heard everything came back and actually put her card on file and I forwarded her the 25 dollars if it wasn’t for her I would have been out of the 80 dollars for a room air conditioner was not working so it was hot in the room beds uncomfortable service was plain horrible fix your air!

Did they just try to rip me off???
I made a reservation for 2 people (my 15-year-old son & myself) on the Hotels.com app, but when I arrived, they tried to tell me the reservation was only for 1 and there was an additional charge for the extra person. They only relented when I pulled up my reservation email from Hotels.com & showed her it had 2 people on it. NOT cool.

Very clean. Terrible beds.
Spent the extra 10$ to have a better quality hotel. It was very clean for the price but OMG the beds were as hard as a rock. If I wasn’t on the second floor I would’ve just slept in the car.

Bed was very hard and lumpy. Heater in the room didn’t work. Had to get my key made 3 different times just to be able to get into the room because the door lock wasn’t working. The front desk guy had an attitude because I had to get my key re made so many times.

When I reserved my room I forgot to add I need first floor being disabled. There were not any rooms available to fit my needs. The kind gentleman went out of his way to find me a room on the first floor. I’m very pleased with the room. It is very clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay again when in the area.

Good for one night
The hotel is functional. We needed a place to sleep and shower for one night on a longer trip and it fit that requirement. We got a good price which was reasonable for what we got. The room was good size, clean, and had been recently painted. The furniture had seen better days and the water pressure in the shower was very low. The water was hot so that was a plus. The bed was comfortable. The office was locked so I had to ring a bell to get let in. Apparently that is the standard operation. It was cold so it seemed like it took a long time for them to come and let us in. The lobby had no furniture and the coffee maker was not even plugged in. Very basic facility.

Well the hotel I seen roaches crawling out around in our room I was charged three times out of my bank account for the motel room of two nights and I'm now waiting for my bank to reimburse me. So for me this day was not great. .. needed more towels but as far as safety we felt safe the copy was horrible

The guy was very nice and accomedating, the woman was very rude. It wasn't dirty but not super clean either. I put a towel down to get in their shower. If you like no fuss hotels this is perfect.

If you need to plug in Electrical devices you only have those in the lamp base. The one behind the TV is to far to use for bedside devices such as CPAP. Also any thing plugged into it the plug will fall out.
