GEWELDIGE LOCATIE voor degenen die van het strand houden! Het appartement ligt direct aan de overkant van de kilometers lange witte zandstranden, het beroemde Doc's Beach House, waar gasten strandbenodigdheden kunnen huren, waaronder jetski's en parasailen regelen. 1. 5 mijl van Barefoot Beach, en 8 mijl van Lover's Key. Nieuw bijgewerkt en opnieuw ingericht. NIEUW meubilair, NIEUWE smart TV, NIEUW woonkamermeubilair met een tijdelijke tweepersoons slaapbank. De keuken heeft een NIEUWE tafel, NIEUW Circulon Premier Professional 13-delig hard geanodiseerd kookgerei, NIEUW messenblok en alle NIEUWE kleine apparaten, en vele andere extra's. De slaapkamer heeft een NIEUW kingsize slaapkamer en meubels. Dit toestel heeft een scherm-gesloten balkon dat uitkijkt op het zwembad. Wij zijn een kindvriendelijk appartement met Winnie de Poeh Opblaasbaar babybad, bordspellen, puzzels, boeken en een bubbelbad. De voorzieningen van het resort Bonita Beach en Tennis Club bestaan uit 5 buitengrillstations, tien har-tru tennisbanen, pickleball, jeu de boules, shuttlebord en basketbal. Twee grote verwarmde zwembaden en een kinderbad. Hun voorzieningen omvatten een schoonheidssalon en een restaurant. Hoewel Bonita Springs ooit een slaperig vissersdorp was, is het nu de thuisbasis van uitstekende restaurants - terrasjes - en aan het strand Tiki Huts - en ze liggen allemaal binnen handbereik. Gasten kunnen musea - uitgaansgelegenheden - vele golfbanen en uitstekende winkels vinden in het nabijgelegen luxe Napels of winkelcentrum Miromar. Er zijn veel lokale activiteiten waar u van kunt genieten, zoals diepzeevissen. Een ervaren expert Fishing Captain beheert deze Deep Sea Fishing-ervaring. Deze excursie is een full-service en omvat alle visuitrusting, aas en vergunning. Het is een ervaring van 4. 5 uur, 2 - 2. 5 uur vissen en 2 uur reizen heen en terug. Bij aankomst op de bestemming zullen ze je op weg helpen; als u hulp nodig heeft om uw vangst op te winden of aas aan de haak te zetten. Estero Bay ToursDeze tour biedt u de mogelijkheid om contact te maken met de natuur! Je zult genieten van een 3-uur durende estuariumtour in de prachtige Estero Bay! Je krijgt de kans om enkele spectaculaire flora en fauna in Florida te zien, waaronder dolfijnen, schildpadden en talloze vogels; je ziet misschien zelfs een ongrijpbare lamantijn! De gidsen zijn getraind in Florida Master Naturalist. Ik hoop dat we een goede kunnen krijgen

Comfortable.

The condo is beautiful, comfortable and contains everything a couple or one with a small child could want. It is very well equipped with everything you need. Even though we were on vacation going out to eat every night gets old. We were able make a meal for ourselves and wanted for nothing. I would love to stay here again. The hosts were wonderful people.

All good. Very personal attention to our late check in. All very easy once we figured it out. Get a parking pass the first day. Dah. Read the welcome instructions. Grounds still a little tough from the hurricane but totally understandable. Easy to find and close to everything. Close to the beach and a great beach bar.

Quick getaway for work

We very much liked the condo and would return. We were a little disappointed that there was construction goung on in each of the buildings, but we probably should have expected it given the damage from the hurricanes. The owners have been fantastic with communication and were very understanding about our disappointment wwith the construction and have offered a refund.

By the Beach

Great condo with screens you can open to get a fresh breeze blowing through! They provided so many great extras like games and puzzles, that we used on the one rainy day. You also can't beat the location, as you're a short walk across to the beach, and with the provided beach gear, no worries! Lots of good restaurants within walking distance too! My family of four, two small children, were very comfortable in this condo on the 3rd floor.

Beach Life 4 Rent was a great stay

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is beachy decorated and clean, with just a very short walk to the beach, across street. The condo had everything we needed for our day at the beach. It was so nice to not have to worry about the extras cause it was already there. We had a little hiccup checking in but the owners are very quick to respond. My check in information was in my span folder. So I had to reach out they my issue was resolved. I would definitely recommend you staying here. They have you covered! I'm hoping to be back! Local restaurants are great. We had Docs after jet skiing, Melissa Ice cream so good, Mel's diner great food and Bloody Mary's, Leonies pizza. With a short drive up 41 to Fort Myers night life. I guarantee your gonna love it here. I also enjoyed reading from the guest book about everyone's adventures and great recommendations! Great time had by all.

Wonderful Stay

I was looking for a place to stay with a pool, access to the beach, and walking distance to restaurants. This place was perfect. Things specific to the unit: It’s beautifully decorated, SO CLEAN, has everything you need for the beach and everything else. There are sunrise views from the lanai, and it’s the perfect location if you plan to use the pool. Things I liked about the condo complex: 5 minutes to the beach, grounds are well maintained, pools are new and clean, walking distance to restaurants and water sports rentals. We ate at Coconut Jacks, Doc’s, Sweet Melissa’s (that was a bit of a walk) and we parasailed with Bonita Parasailing. We did a grocery order delivery from Publix and got a cab from the airport. We didn’t need to rent a car. We stayed a week and it was sooo relaxing.

Everything you need for a beach vacation

The welcome packet from the owners was great for helping us get up and running. We had a lovely time. The pool was steps away and great for the kids and the beach was just a short walk. We also had our bikes with us and explored Lovers Key as well as Barefoot Beach preserve. I highly recommend Barefoot Beach preserve. We walked down towards the end and pretty much had a private beach. We enjoyed looking for neat shells and the lack of crowds. Coconut Jacks was a great spot for dinner within walking distance and Sweet Melissa’s had great ice cream. Highly recommend this property and Bonita Beach!!

Great for what we wanted!

Overall, this was a great a place to stay for the price. It was clean and a great location. Greg and Mari were very friendly. Only problem we had was trouble with internet/wifi in order to connect to Netflix/Hulu... we ended up just using our hot spot. Also don't forget to bring quarters for the laundry required to do as part of the check out requirements... there is no where to get quarters very close (to my knowledge). Would stay here again!

My daughter and I wanted a quiet refuge close to the beach. The condo was clean and offered close proximity to the beach. There were great options for beach chairs, towels, etc. These were a great few days for us.

Beautiful condo, fully equipped. Great locations, across street from beach, nice restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed the pool & tennis courts. Very quiet property, no problem getting a chair at pool. Phil, the tennis pro was very helpful setting up tennis matches. Appreciated having beach towels, coolers & beach chairs, umbrella. Easy check in & out. Nicely decorated condo, nice screened in patio with view of pool & tennis courts. Comfortable bed & pillows.
