This home has undergone a complete renovation since Hurricane Ian and is ready to be your next home away from home! The landscaped backyard provides a peaceful setting to watch the sunsets over the lake. Spend a refreshing time in the new salt-water resort pool with a spill-over pool spa, or enjoy the Florida sun at any of the poolside loungers. When it comes to dining alfresco, the poolside patio offers two outdoor dining areas (one of them includes a smart TV to keep you entertained even when you are outside). A poolside lounge area with two fire tables is also provided and is quite convenient, especially after spending your evening in the pool. And if you are visiting during the summer months, there is nothing like a fun barbecue with your family and friends with the gas grill available outside.

Upon entering this air-conditioned home, you will find a welcoming open floor plan with incredible views of the pool. Spread out comfortably in the main living area, offering an extensive sofa and armchairs and a large smart TV with streaming services. Right next to the living area is the dining table, which comes in handy for formal meals. The well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a center island to cook and enjoy time with family and friends. A second living area can be found off the kitchen, with cushy sofas, a Murphy bed, and another smart TV. As you might've noticed, relaxation and comfort can be found anywhere! Planning on extending your stay? The home offers a dedicated laundry area with a washer/dryer, a sink, and a mini-fridge for additional storage. There are two main suites along with a third bedroom, which provide comfortable and ample space for large families and groups. Two kayaks are also provided.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
