'We arrived after an 80 mile bike ride and were eager to get a shower and a good meal. The team were expecting us and had the key ready; check-in was very welcoming and efficient. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Despite the restaurant being very busy (Saturday 8pm) our meals came without delay and were hot, hearty and very tasty. Wouldnt think twice about staying again next time we're in the area.'

As it turned out, we were the only visitors staying in the hotel, so had a nice opportunity for a chat over a beer - well stocked with what appeared to be the full range of bottled beers from Purple Moose Brewery of Porthmadog. Had a double bed in one room with access to the bathroom. two singles beds sofa comfy chair, tv microwave fridge in another room and access to an outside large patio area.
