'Lovely, helpful staff at this hotel. If you appreciate a hard mattress, this is your hotel! It was clean, although a touch of possible mold growing at the base of the ADA shower. The switch from overhead shower to hand held was absolutely out of my reach to switch over, which was frustrating for me. Otherwise, a nice stay!'

'Checked in on Friday afternoon, went to dinner and came back to discover that there was no cold water in our room. Went to bed thinking it would be better in am. It wasn't, the water was so hot that taking a shower was miserable. Had early baseball game, so when we return I went to front desk to inform them and they sent the maintenance person to our room. He informed us of the new upgrade to tank water system and there were issues with 3 other rooms and he couldn't fix it and had no solution....

'You get what you pay for. Glad I only booked one night. Very nice gal gave me my room and when I walked to it the door was open with 3 guys in the room. One was laying on the bed and told me to come in that they would be leaving shortly. Ugh...no! So I went back down to see if I had been given the wrong room. She apologized and gave me a different room a few doors down from my original room. When I shut my door i noticed there was no lock on the door. Self latch was taken off and no doorknob...

'Room was clean and freshly remodeled. Exterior was in pretty rough shape. The steel stairs were nearly rusted through and the concrete they were attached to was spalling at the connection point. Serious safety issue that needs to be addressed immediately.'

'We stayed 3 nights. The pros: the room was big, the bed was good enough, the tv and refrigerator worked, the staff interactions were pleasant, it was quiet enough. The cons: very limited amenities - no coffee maker, no hair dryer, no tissues. In the bathroom was a bar of soap, one little shampoo container, two bath towels, two hand towels, and one washcloth. The shower head delivered a limited stream of water - it took a long time to wash and rinse my hair. Although the kitchen area had two...
