'A beautiful relaxing spa hotel in Tri-Cities. Booked for one night and extended it by another it was just so nice we didn’t want to leave. Second night we upgraded ourselves to a high floor riverfront room but should have booked a suite. Staff were pleasant and were able to make the room transition easy for us. The man at reception the second day gave our son a cookie which was a nice touch. Spa and pool are really nice and hotel smells nice. The only thing I would say is that we found an empty...

'If your looking for a fun place to have fun with your kids look no further! You can enjoy their amazing pool and have a picnic at their fantastic outdoot seating area. If your kidos try and play with a nerf football your family can enjoy the hotel manager calling the cops for a special night of play! So if you want a great place to stay with these wonderful amenities, loud sirens and fantastic staff this is your place. But do keep an eye on things as the area is as great as the Bates Motel.'

'We had a 1-br king suite and stayed for 2 nights. Check-in was smooth, although it's annoying to have to use the keycard to access outside doors when your hands are full of luggage. The bedroom portion of our suite was in great shape, but the living room and bathroom felt pretty shabby and worn out. They were reasonably clean, although the carpet and sofa had some slight staining. But the tub liner was cracked, the wallpaper was peeling, and everything just felt kind of tired. The mirror...

'Room was great for our trip with an uncle in a wheelchair. He enjoyed the room and the kitchenette.'

'While the bed sheets were thankfully clean, the room was not at all what is pictured on the site. The toilet was leaking on to the floor, The sink stopper was laying broken in the sink. The "registration" desk is just the cashier from the convenience store next door. Only upside of this location is the price.'

'The rooms were a bit disappointing, I think that the beds are getting really old and smell of very stale smells (being polite) . The front desk lady was pleasant at check in time but the morning lady was lazy. The breakfast was quite pathetic as she didn't even change the hot water before she put the eggs and biscuits in the warming trays and looked gross.'
