'Air conditioning great'

'The staff was wonderful. Terry, especially, was great. The pool and hot tub had so much chlorine added that the kids started coughing and our eyes were burning so badly we had to leave the area after 5 minutes. The age is showing, as I had to rescrew the shower head back on. The bathroom sliding door sat a good two inches away from the wall, so there was no way to lock or fully close it.'

'Overall experience was quite good aside from the barking dog in the room next door. Although we love animals, we do NOT like staying in areas that other's pets are allowed. Staff, particularly the welcoming lady, was quite personable and cordial upon registering and checking out. Some questionable people on the property after dark. Questionable as in intimidating. Rooms were very clean and parking was quite adequate.'

'Holiday Inn properties are normally excellent— the company should be ashamed of how run down they have let this property become. It’s like they are the ugly stepchild. Hopefully the property will be upgraded soon, sold , or closed.. I gave threes just to be nice and because the staff was very nice'

'Very clean hotel and parking lot was well lighted, felt safe and had plenty of parking. I had to ask the front desk for a box of Kleenex. I requested a wake up call at 7:45 but never got it. I checked out this morning and I still haven’t received my invoice receipt to my email box nor my $50 deposit returned. This is not good! Will I have to file a complaint or dispute?'

'The front desk clerk was awful. She had an attitude to begin with. She told me that I needed to put $480 hold I said all it said all I needed to pay was $9 at the hotel check in. Then she rambles super fast about Breakfast and dinner and what's around. She just pointed which way to go and was like go down the hall make a left then right then go half way down I'm looking at her like lady I don't live here I'm new to this facility and she just rambled off a list of instructions and information. 'I stayed at one in San Antonio and loved it. We were in Denver for a concert so I thought I’d try another stay and I wasn’t disappointed. There were no issues with the room. The location is great-near shopping, food, gas, and the main highways. The staff (Jason and Christian) were super friendly. The room was clean and VERY spacious. I slept in so I didn’t try the breakfast but my husband liked it. I love the light colors in the decor. They are inviting, relaxing, and cheerful. I would 100%...

'Horrible check in experience. Definitely call the hotel when booking through a 3rd party. Waited at the desk for 20 min. Then went back to the desk 30 min after normal check in hours and had a room. Front desk staff left for about 15 min with no communication. Had two other attendants try to help. Room: mediocre for something described as a resort property. 'Dit was onze 2e keer in deze Tru(van Hilton) in Lone Tree, en dat is wederom goed bevallen. Mooie frisse moderne kamer van (bijna) alle gemakken voorzien. Lekkere bedden. Personeel was erg behulpzaam. Mooi zwembad. Prima gratis ontbijt. Voor Amerikaanse begrippen zijn de kamers wel vrij klein, en er is geen koffiemachine in de kamer (maar wel heerlijke koffie in de lobby). Locatie is geweldig, dicht bij de mooie Park Meadows Mall. Wij zouden zeker weer boeken als we rond Denver zijn. '
