The water was cold, with no way to make it hot. It would’ve been great to be able to utilize it. I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel and would stay here again! '

'The view is really fantastic. The vibe is very relaxing and the general area is a pleasant place to sit and enjoy the view. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We stayed in the hobbit hut with valley view. The hut was very nice. It is actually pretty close to the castle so we could hear all the sounds coming out of the kitchen. It is quiet around 10.15 pm so we didn’t mind. But if you want to sleep early then the sounds can keep you awake.
