It was such a pleasure to host Anh and her husband at our over water bungalow in Bora Bora. Such a lovely couple! Very respectful and nice. They took great care of the house. We would 100% recommend them to the VRBO community and would host them again with pleasure in the future. Pierre

Ginetto was a pleasure to host. Communication was as smooth as can be, the place was left in great condition, and the house rules were respected. It will be a pleasure to host Ginetto again in the future!

We have had a very bad experience with this guest. We suspect the guest to have a double reservation, one with us and another one at a hotel. 2 hours after his check-in at our home, he wrote to me the following email: “Just got the rooms and we don’t like it, we will leave tomorrow”. No other explanation, nothing wrong about the house except the fact that he doesn’t like it! He wants our over water bungalow to be more modern and have more space! The decoration of our home mixes Tahitian style with wood and top-quality brand devices. For instance, the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are new and top-quality German brand MIELE. The living area is 1.200 sq.ft. We think plenty enough space for a couple and much more that in a hotel bedroom. But after this surprise came our disappointment. Just after the guest’s check-out the house, our property manager came to clean the house and was deeply shocked by what she saw in the house. The house was left in poor condition (very dirty). She immediately sent me pictures and the pictures speak from themselves. 1° Humid bath towels left on the floor of the bathroom and of the living room without respect -very bad for the floor which is made of wood- 3° Lots of hair in the toilet still floating in the water could have blocked the toilets 4° dirty toilet paper on the floor of the bathroom 5° toilet lid broken 6° one blind hardware of the living room is broken 7° the safe in the living room was out of order. I had to ask a technician to come to reinitialize the safe Our property manager does her very best to put a very clean house at the disposal of our guests and it is painful for her to see that. We are also very affected and shocked! We really do not understand: the guest spent only one night at our home and we found it in poor condition! I hope this guest doesn’t treat his home like that! Why doing that at our home? We have been renting our 3 homes for 15 years now and have 99% of the time enjoyed hosting guests and got wonderful reviews from them (Rated 4.8-4.9 out of 5 for 15 years). We DO NOT recommend this guest at all to the VRBO community of owners
