Welkom bij Fare Manuia, ons prachtige huis uit Bora Bora. De bungalow maakt deel uit van de idyllische plaats oorspronkelijk gebouwd voor Marlon Brando en waar zijn goede collega Jack Nicholson zijn privé bungalow boven het water bezat. De lokale bevolking kent deze plek beter zoals ‘The Condominiums’. FARE MANUIA is een heerlijke privébungalow ontworpen met een vleugje traditionele Polynesische cultuur. De houten muren en het originele dak geven een frisse smaak en de grote ramen laten het verbluffende Bora Bora zonlicht binnen. Het is een fantastische plek om te verblijven voor vier personen die willen genieten van het eilandparadijs Bora Bora ... De grote comfortabele hoofdslaapkamer biedt privétoegang tot het verfrissende terras via schuifdeuren. De hoge plafonds met zichtbare balken maken de ruimte luchtig! Voor die betoverende Bora Bora-nachten is FARE MANUIA uitgerust met een ventilator aan het plafond en een volledig airconditioner, alle ramen zijn mugvrij met muggengaas, GRATIS WiFi, een eigen douche, volledig uitgeruste keuken, met koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, magnetron, vierpits gasfornuis, koelkast, en wij bieden al onze gasten GRATIS KOFFIE & THEE. In het geval van stroomuitval die niet vaak voorkomt in Bora Bora, kunt u de meegeleverde zaklampen gebruiken om uw weg te zoeken. Gemakkelijke toegang tot het privéstrand met toegang tot het privédek, waardoor u gemakkelijk kunt ophalen voor een van de lokale wateractiviteiten. Dit is de perfecte plek om te ontspannen! Naast het huis heeft u gratis toegang tot alle faciliteiten van de Condominiums. U kunt een bad nemen van ons privéstrand (geen zand meer), u kunt wat vers fruit van onze lokale bomen eten of gewoon een goede tijd hebben om uw favoriete boek te lezen. Het prachtige witgeschuurde Matira-strand ligt hoe dan ook op slechts 16 km afstand van ons. Zorg ervoor dat u een auto of een scooter huurt. Is nodig. Onze bungalow is over het algemeen in een zeer goede staat, goed onderhouden en uitstekend ingericht, 20 meter ver van de lagune. Gratis Netflix-account en gratis onbeperkte supersnelle WiFi maken je dagen nog beter. En deze prachtige villa kan een tijdje van jou zijn! Je zult het geweldig vinden!!! We zullen zeker ons best doen!

Great view, cozy house

Coco's Place on the north end of Bora Bora has a tremendous view, access to a small beach with a covered picnic table and a relatively quiet location while also being just 15 mins from Vaitape harbor and the town's amenities. It's a cozy home with all the comforts you need to relax at the end of a great day out exploring and enjoying the island. The AC was much appreciated as was the warm shower after a long day.

Bora Bora Bliss

Coco’s Place was the perfect fit for my husband and I. From Barthelemy picking us up at the dock and driving us to the house, to Nathelie giving us the full tour of the house, to the location, we were very pleased. We LOVED the privacy, the use of the car, and the location directly across the street from the sea where we swam all 8 days that we stayed. The shower had excellent water pressure, and having the washer and dryer was so appreciated! The only thing that we would suggest is purchasing a new stove, as the current one, even after directions from our host, was not working properly, and the other “oven” on property was too small to cook in. Also, so additional towels for the bathroom would be nice. Note to those with physical limitations,(which we do not have) the access to the home is up stairs, both from the road side, and the second steps are up to the front door, and for those with limited mobility, caution should be used. The communication with the owner, Adrian, was first rate! He was so responsive and just lovely to work with. We would most definitely love to stay again.

We loved our stay here!

Coco's Place was an excellent choice for phase 2 of our Bora Bora vacation. (Phase 1 was one of the resorts.) It was conveniently located, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy ourselves, cook, snorkel, and have a great time! Having the use of a car along with our stay was the next level of convenience and utility! There can be some noise from traffic on the main road and occasionally roosters, but this is something that did not bother us because we tended to have an oscillating fan going at night while sleeping, which would drown out the other noises. The view was incredible, and we had so much fun snorkeling nearby and kayaking. Great communication from the hosts, as well as pick up and drop off from the resort and to the airport, which we very much appreciated. Nathalie was so helpful with a tour, and welcoming to the place, as well as explaining everything that needed to be. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering a visit!

The property was very nice, could use some upgrades, but overall, for the price was very nice, was very clean also. Having a car was very helpful, we made many trips to restaurant's etc. Nathalie was very nice, and helpfull. Would definitly recommend it. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Experience the real Bora Bora

Before spending a few nights at the St. Regis my wife and I spent three nights at this property on Bora Bora. What a treat! For those wanting to experience Bora Bora's lagoon without breaking the bank (and especially for a family or those travelling with friends) this is a perfect option. First, their is everything you need: comfy beds, big bathroom, a full kitchen, plenty of seating, and, yes, even a free car for your use! (and let's toss in a Western facing view for sunsets). The latter allowed us to drive down to the beach (scenic 20 minute drive) and also head into town for dinner and buying groceries. Also good to know if that if you book some restaurants or a tour of the lagoon you usually get a ride to and from the house. Highly recommended for either an entire stay or, as we did, to spend more time in Bora Bora without paying for a super pricey resort!

I can't say enough compliments for our stay at Coco's Place. The accommodations were clean and organized. The location was great-just minutes from Vaitape; making shopping and excursions easily accessible. The condominium had everything you need to cook a nice meal. We loved waking up every morning and having our coffee with a beautiful view of the water right off the living room/kitchen. The car was an added bonus to our stay. Our host was amazing and was very kind with prompt replies to our requests. His managers Natalie & Barthalemey were very friendly and helpful. Cutest couple ever. I would recommend this place to everyone and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Coco’s Place is the Coolest

This is a great place to stay where you can easily get to town and around. The owner is very responsive and answered my many questions quickly. Everything about our experience at Coco’s bungalow was the best we have had in our fifteen years of international travel. We had already stayed one week before this week booked on a different platform, and we loved it so much that we stayed for another week booking here with Expedia. Our time started with a wonderful welcome from Adrian, the owner, who helped us check in early because of transportation problems. We were allowed to meet his wonderful housekeeper, who stopped her cleaning to show us the bungalow and make copies of our drivers’ licenses so we could take the car and do some sightseeing and grocery shopping. She also helped us bring our baggage upstairs and let us leave it there. We were so grateful! The car was perfect! Well cleaned, and very new! We never had one problem with their car, and paying the extra amount for our stay was a bargain considering how much rental cars were on Bora Bora! When we walked in to the bungalow we noticed beer, water, and a botttle of wine left for our stay, fresh flowers everywhere, and everything was just perfect! Everything we needed for our two weeks stay! The decor drew us in, and made us feel at home! Communication with Adrian was wonderful! He answered every question we had, and he also offered suggestions with different aspects of our stay. We felt at home! Netflix for English speakers! WiFi perfect and fast! We will be back, and only plan to stay here! It’s the very best! ❤️

This place excellent, the owner Adrian was super responsive and helpful, and what more can I say than we had an excellent time on Bora!? The art and flowers inside were super cute as well, including hand drawn art. Would recommend it and would stay there again given the opportunity.
