**Space & Accommodation:**

* **Layout:** 3-bedroom unit with its own kitchen, located on an exclusive floor.
* **Occupancy:** Minimum 6 persons; maximum 9 persons. Standard rate covers minimum occupancy (rates scale with additional guests).

**Shared Amenities & Facilities:**

* Access to lobby/reception area, garden dining sections, party areas, and BBQ grill area.
* Emergency contact information clearly displayed in every unit.

**Perks & Policies:**

* **Free Breakfast:** Complimentary breakfast included for finalized bookings starting January 1, 2026.
* **Child Policy:** Children 7 and under stay free when sharing a bed with an adult (excludes separate bed, breakfast, or towel provisions). Children 8 and older are registered as paying adults to receive a dedicated bed, daily breakfast, and full towels.
