Great Hotel, clean, great AC, and good breakfast options. However, Bed is rock solid and the wifi is bad. Beach is only 5min walk and there are a lot of souvenir shops near. There is also a nice pool.

The internet kept going out the air conditioner was leaking all the time. It was a nice room in all but it was just wasn't the best you could ever do. You could always get better

Checked booked two rooms one room was ready one wasn’t was told we would be notified when 2nd room was ready waited 45 minutes wasn’t notified had to return to front desk then was informed room was changed wasn’t type of room that was booked returned to desk and only after complaining about room was then given another room that was good

Lets talk about room. Water is only given on day 1. Additional days not provided and chargeable. Limited toiletries. Watch out for fine print as everything they cbarge extea. Breakfast is cold and horrible standard menu. Restaurant food prices heware as price on final bill is d9fferent from price in menu. Dpnt accwpt card but only cash. Room water jeater not bot. Aircon not cold. Overall acceptable nut not a choice for us again. And one last thing images of room is different from actual. Corrodor they say no smoking but mamu people smole amd dont bother. Overall 3 stars and good still evenni dojt like the above.

Vi var ganska nöjda första gången vi bodde här, men denna gång var det katastrof. Fick inte kingsize säng. Illaluktande rum o badrum. Stenhård säng, mycket oljud från korridoren. Inget Wifi nätverk som fungerade, trots att vi fick olika lösenord så fungerade det inte alls. Hissen i hotellet är ur funktion. Någonslags chef stog o skrek på personalen vid poolen

It's ok to stay with this property, the only problem was that the smell of the smoke cigarettes from the pool area were coming into my room even though my door was closed. Other than that the price that I paid for was worth it..

People are nice, honest. Restroom clean and updated, coffee and water complimentary but the bed needs to be changed, not soft and need to be updated. Overall clean room.

Very good hotel. Great location. Friendly staff!
Hotel was conveniently located across a little market which was perfect for buying souvenirs and things to use on your little trip. I found this little "wet bag" where you keep all your belongings inside to prevent them from getting wet. To the left of the market is a little supermarket where you can buy household goods, snacks, drinks, and other things. There's also a two-storey 7-11 and a pharmacy nearby. Along the market is a little alley that takes you to the beach! Location is perfect! Hotel was great too. You are greeted with a welcome drink to cool off before you are shown your room. Room was pretty spacious and clean! There was a 32 inch TV, split type a/c, hair dryer, water heater (for drinking and showering), a safe, and other basic amenities. Their toothbrush is the best I've seen, compared to other hotels. Rooms are cleaned every three days, but you could request to have it cleaned earlier, if needed. Breakfast was good, but portions were a bit too small for me. Hotel staff was very friendly and even helped me get a trike to go to City Mall. Overall experience was great and hotel was clean. Power went out on the island and this hotel had a generator, powerful enough for the a/c. I'm thankful for that! I really look forward to staying here again in the future, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a strategically placed hotel that's well worth your money!!

The hotel was under construction when we checked in, there’s no chance to have a nice and peaceful rest in the afternoon as it was too noisy. The bed felt like just a cardboard box, you can feel the spring on it that makes you feel very uncomfortable. The room smells like toilet water on the first day. The staffs are really great, excellent service and very friendly.

The hotel itself was really good. The rooms are specious and clean with nove bathrooms and comfortable beds. However, we had to change rooms because we did at first not get the room we had booked. We had booked a king sized bed but got a standard double bed. We couldn't change the room until the next day because the room with the right sized beds were all occupied... The other negative thing about the hotel is that the pool looks NOTHING like the pictures. They've most likely taken photos of the pool with wide angle because the pool is much smaller irl and not as nice at all. The pool is also not deep at all. So that was a bit disappointing.

I treated my friend and her teenage daughter for a 3 night stay here . She informs me the buffet breakfast was great and her daughter loved the pool . Better than previous place she stayed at last year. Only gripe she had was fact that Wifi was only available in Lobby and pool areas. She said if Wifi was in all rooms as well the hotel would have been perfect. Overall great value for money

The hotel looks great and clean but the water heater is not working properly, the air conditioner is malfunctioning, the remote control of tv is not working properly. Wifi, pool and elevator is not working because of the recent typhoon as per them. And front desk are not accommodating. Breakfast served is also not enticing.

I like the arrangement of the room. It was not too big but not too small neither. The bathroom is excellent. We had issues on checking in. I got confirmation from expedia about the booking but when i arrived in the hotel, they asked me for a proof of payment. Since i know that is was already confirmed, i didnt bring any supporting documents anymore. I was just suprised because the booking was paid immediately and non refundable, yet, we had problem in check in. Resolved after i contacted expedia. It took us like an hour and a half maybe. I dont know whose fault but definitely, unacceptable. The breakfast was almost the same everyday for three days. Only one dish different but otherwise, the same Kind of food for three days. I hope they can have variety. Some staff should maintain the serenity of the place by talking in modulated voice or even discreet tone. Because people went there to relax. But some staff, cant keep their voice down. And singing out loud and making jokes with each other loudly. It’s ok to have fun but try to consider the guests. I even witnessed one chinese guest tried to catch their attention during the breakfast because the staff were very noisy in the dining. Overall is fine. Thank you.
