인딜라 펜트하우스
13인 대가족 펜트하우스+수페이러킹 룸에 묵었어요. 호텔 들어가는 길이 더럽고 무서운데 호텔 자체는 리모델링 해서인지 깨끗하고 침구도 좋아요. 에어컨 빵빵하고 펜트하우스는 넷플릭스도 있습니다. 단점 : 수압 낮고 물 안빠짐. 샤워할때마다 홍수남. 변기, 하수구 악취남. 식탁이 야외에 있어서 불편함. 키카드 잘 안먹힘, 엘베없어서 4층 펜트하우스까지 캐리어 들고 올라가고 내려가야함. 한국 물가에 비해 숙박비가 싸지도 않음.

Hi Shira,Thank you for writing a review and for sharing your feedback. First of all, we apologize if our services did not meet your expectations. It is true that the road is not perfect and we hope the government will work on it soon. Please bear with us as we keep following up to the government to take action. Thank you for the compliments regarding our hotel and beddings. The Penthouse is repainted yearly and we have just replaced all air conditionings last year. Unfortunately, just since last month, the water company turns off their pumps after midnight, therefore we don't have water pressure during nighttime. We have already raised this concern to the company and hopefully they will take action soon.We will look into the smell coming from the piping and we will replace this within this month.It's clearly indicated that we don't have an elevator, but our staff can always help you to carry the luggage up or down, please ask for their assistance in case you need help. All information is available upon booking, on the pictures it's clearly shown that the dining table is on the outdoor terrace/balcony.Please note that you had booked our 160sqm, 2 bedroom Penthouse Apartment, Korean prices can be cheaper but Boracay is an expensive island as well, business costs are much higher compared to other islands. Thanks again for your feedback, we will definitely work on it to give our future guests and even better experience.

Dear Lynda,By giving a 1 out of 5 without any supporting words, I won't be able to handle your review seriously. Your score is based on a small issue that was happening with your family who had booked another room with us directly. They complained about a specific (paint) smell which was not noticeable by our staff. They booked a promoted room for a very low price which was non refundable. We even offered them a 50% refund, which was handed over to them upon check out. They decided to stay with you in your room, as you had booked a Family Suite through Expedia. Therefore the review score that you are giving is based on their experience, not yours. Unfortunately we can't keep everyone happy, we decided to take a 50% loss, together with your family. But still it is not enough and they expected a full refund on a non refundable and promoted reservation. Anyway, I wish you and your family all the best, hopefully you have still enjoyed your vacation on Boracay :).

Overall a very pleasant experience. Although the hotel has seen better days, it is well maintained and cleaned everyday. Rooms are well lit and the colours are so vibrant. They also have an in room safe and tv. A carafe is provided to fill your water from a water station on every floor. Mason jars are used as glasses which I found very cute. The bathroom comprises of a shower with hot water, toilet with a bidet and a sink. Unfortunately the balcony overlooks the neighbour’s backyard and another inn’s lobby but you’re in Boracay so I doubt it’ll make a difference. Breakfast was reasonably priced and was brought in on time. Front desk staff was excellent and greeted us with a smile every time we returned.

Hotel is run by a family. rooms were super clean and in a good location with a very easy short walk to the beach. only a few minutes walk away. the one thing that stood out head and shoulders above everything was the support from all members of staff. my suitcase was delayed, and the staff offered to return to the airport in Catalan and retreive this and bring this to my room. This to me was above and beyond customer service, and will e one one the reason that when I return to Boracay I will be staying here every time !!

Dear Anonymous, Thanks for giving us the highest score, we really appreciate it! You can find our location on the internet as well, we are located on the road to the new Henann Palm Beach Resort. Coming from the Port, go left on the main road after the PNB Bank in Station 2. After 100mts you'll see us on your right. Just take the small pathway across the green wall of D7-Inn Resort, you'll find our entrance gate there after 20mts. Thanks for staying with us!

The room was clean and spacious. The interior is nice. The location would’ve been nice however it’s a bit secluded and the road is very bad. We had to walk through mud everyday. I hope this will be fixed soon.

Room is spacious, clean and the color combination is very refreshing. It really gives you the vibe of summer and beach. Staff are all kind and smiling specially to Kuya Niko. Very helpful with suggestions and very accommodating. They only serve breakfast but it was good for the price plus you can have it delivered to your room at the time you want it but not later than 10am. Good Job Indila 😊

Guest services was terrible room booked was for six person but only has two towels, when asked for additional they gave us old and dirty looking towels I complained and asked for newer cleaner looking towels, I was told by hotel manager if i was expecting gold towels and I should have booked rooms at Hennan Hotel (a 5 stars hotel nearby) I don’t consider this as a hotel, looks like air bob, hotel location is hard to find as well, run from this hotel!!

Dear FerdieZ, Thank you so much for leaving a review, at least I can respond and tell our side of the story as well. We actually never had such “special” guests like you and your son. Upon arrival you were both very rude already. We had the right to reject you as our guests because of your misconduct but we accepted you because we thought we can still change your mindset. You proved to us that you can get a degree in education but you can’t get a degree in manners. You have treaten our staff with a lot of disrespect. Even my wife from who you didn’t realize that she was the owner. We still did our best to comfort you but it was a lost game already. You booked a room good for 6 person but you arrived with 7 and we gave you an extra bed for free. There were 8 towels provided to you as well. Everyday of your stay you got free extra coffee. All your requests were honored straight with no exceptions. But still you and your son were treating our staff and manager as they were not human. Please note that you're on vacation to have fun. Our staff are just people like you and me, they deserve to be treated with respect, just as we always do with all our guests as well. Your wife and rest of your family are lovely people by the way, they smiled and greeted us every time. So please, run as far as you can and then hopefully you will learn a life lesson. Amazing stay
We had 7 wonderful nights in Indila. The hotel is run by very friendly family and it makes you feel like you are home. Their hospitality exceeded our expectations. The hotel is located literally 3 minutes away from White Beach. Earlier I've read in reviews that road to beach is "terrible" but in reality it's not bad. Rooms are spacious and beds are so comfortable that it took us a while to leave a room. The breakfast is available in the hotel for 150-180 PHP which can be delivered to your room. The breakfast is flexible that you can order only fried eggs or any single item from the menu. There are plenty restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

It was a very good experience. The only disadvantage is the location of the hotel - not beach side. The road leading to the hotel is rough and not well defined.

Close to almost everything here on the island. Only the road leading to our hotel is still not paved because of the further rehabilitation of Boracay. This will be done anytime in the future during this rehabilitation. Luckily it's good accessible but it could be a bit of a hassle when dragging a heavy suitcase. If you have a transportation service they will help you with your luggage as well. Thanks for staying with us!

Don’t judge it right away. I am happy I stayed!
The hotel was great! Clean, spacious rooms, nice amenities, friendly service of the staff, and for only $3-$4 you have a great Filipino or American breakfast. I have no complaint with anything about the hotel. The only that would make it better is the alley to get to the hotel it was on dirt road and have some dirty puddle of water that goes across. But it would not stop me from coming back to this hotel. People will see the dirt road and will turn back... see the room first and the staff you will be amaze. The locations is in local area, the beach is only about 5-10mins.

Posto meraviglioso, accoglienza fantastica, personale molto affabile e cortese sempre disponibile. Nuovissima costruzione con tutti i confort , camera grandissima e bagno spazioso. Posizione centrale peccato solo per la strada non molto percorribile per arrivare all’hotel e per andare in spiaggia. Lo consiglio vivamente.

디몰이랑 걸어서 15분 거리. 방음안됨 시끄러움. 개미 겁나 마늠.
디몰이랑 걸어서 15~20분 걸림(가깝지 않음), 1층의 4-6인실 같은경우 방음 안되서 중국인 관광객들 옆방이였는데 시끄러웠음. 불개미인지 작은개미 겁나마늠. 사람들은 겁나 착함 굿. 화장실은 깨끗한데 샤워기가 천장에 붙어있는거라 불편했음. 세면대는 따듯한물 안나옴. 편하게 놀려면 그냥 스테이션2안에 있는 다른곳 추천함.

Dear Anonymous, Thanks for the compliments about our staff, we appreciate it. Regarding your concern abut the ants, we actually never have any ants in our rooms. The ants ONLY come in the room if there are left over foods, sugar of crumbles. To avoid getting ants in your room, we recommend to clean your foods as wel. And yes, we are about 800mts from D-Mall, just as shown in our description. The sink doesn't have warm water to avoid that guest will wash their clothes there. Thanks for staying with us!

호텔은 천체적으로 깔끔하나 디몰과 거리가 있는 편
호텔 내에 객실은 엘리베이터나 에스컬레이터가 없어서 짐을 가지고 올라갈 때는 직원이 올려다주지만 내려올 때 꽤 불편한 부분이 있었습니다. (3층 객실에서 묵었으며 계단이 넓지 않아 움직이는 것이 용이하지 않음) 그리고 디몰과는 거리가 있는 편이라 이동수단을 이용하는 것이 짐을 옮길 때는 편하고 대부분은 그냥 해변가를 걸어다녔는데 가능한 정도에 거리 입니다. (20분~30분 정도 소요됩니다) 보라카이 거리가 대부분 하수도 시설이 잘 되어있지 않아 물이 고여있는 곳이 많아 더러운 부분도 없지 않아 있었습니다. 하지만 이 호텔 숙소로 가는 길이 깨끗하지 않았던 게 아쉽고 해변가로 나가는데도 5~10분 정도 소요가 되었습니다. (길이 더럽고 편하게 걸어다니는데 어려움이 있습니다, 물 웅덩이를 피하기 위해 돌을 밟고 지나가는 등) 다음에는 해변과 가깝고 디몰과 가까운 숙소를 이용하는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다. 전망도 딱히 볼 부분이 없어서 아쉽고 방은 깔끔한 구성이지만 개미가 있어서 그건 안 좋았습니다.

Towels will be changed daily actually, but only when they are placed on the floor (not on the rack), you can read this on the sign in the bathroom. This is to safe our environment. I apologize for the inconvenience that the road to our hotel has caused to you. Good service. The couple owner and their staffs are kind and very accomodating. Had a wonderful stay here. Higly recommended though the road outside is not good and smelly..

Thank you for your kind words! We acknowledge that the gravel road is not in best condition at the moment, especially when it has been raining a lot. The road is owned by the Hennan Group, who are currently building their new beach front resort at the end of the gravel road. We are expecting an upgrade of the road once this resort has finished :)

The area/location of hotel is very disappointing!
The area/location of the hotel is very disappointing! It is difficult to find as it is in an obscure area and access going to and from the beach is horrendous as you go through a dimly lit alleyway smelling of urine and garbage!
