Prima hotel met zeer klantvriendelijke medewerkers
Ontvangst in hotel is uiterst soepel verlopen. Klantgerichte benadering en schone prima kamers. Het grote verschil merkten op het moment dat we al hadden uitgecheckt. De auto raakte defect en hebben boor het hotel lang moeten wachten op pechhulp. De medewerkers hebben zich steeds gemeld met de vraag waar ze konden helpen. Dit varieerde van het wegduwen van de auto, geven van water gedurende dag, opslaan van de bagage en beschikbaar stellen van ruimte om ons te verzorgen.

Mooi hotel met uitstekende ligging in centrum .
Heel goed gelegen, naast de place de la comèdie , onmiddellijke nabijheid van tram, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden oude stad. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en gedienstig. De kamer is ok, evenals de badkamer. Wordt dagelijks gereinigd. Er zijn 2 locaties: de kamers aan de voorkant in de rue Mautrec hebben weinig lichtinval. Het ontbijt is prijs kwaliteit eerder duur.

Great location. Friendly staff. Room was small and mattress not so comfortable. Air conditioning was locked at 22 degrees and room was really warm. When we asked for thiner sheets, we were asked to use what is on the bed.

We care about our planet and are classified "Green Key". However, the state recommendations for lowering our enviromental impact is is to put air-conditionning at minimum 24C, we have set it at 22C.We do not have thinner sheets but on request we can add an extra bed sheet under the duvet, we are really sorry that it has not been done.We hope we will have the pleasure to welcome you again.We wish you a lovely day,Best regards,Chloé,Assistant General Manager

This property was difficult to get to by car but once we were there it was in an excellent part of the city! And we slept quite comfortably even though the room was small!

Weekend in Bordeaux
Firstly the location of the hotel is brilliant, literally a street behind the main square/shopping area. The rooms are compact (its France!) but well equipped and comfortable. Huge modern bathroom which was a plus. However the standout from the stay was the staff - from check in, to leaving they couldn't have been more helpful and nice. Highly recommend!

This property offers the perfect location, within walking distance of most of the highlights Bordeaux center has to offer. It's quiet, clean, with friendly staff and a nice breakfast to start the day. One particular staff member, Emilie, deserves special mention for providing exceptional dinner suggestions. All of them were outstanding; she even went to the effort of securing a reservation and following up with us after our meal. This level of personal attention and service sets this hotel apart from many others we stayed at during our vacation.

The room was very small. They should provide a second luggage rack for two travelers. It was difficult to get into shower. Hand rails would be improvement for safety. Room was clean and comfortable.

ボルドーのシャトー巡りと観光で2泊した。 ロケーションは最高に良い。ホテルはトラムCとBの駅に近く、旧市街観光は徒歩と少しトラムを使い楽しめた。 食事場所も近くにあるが、シャッターを閉めた店が多い様 に感じられた。コロナで閉店した店が多いのかなぁ？ 価格も手頃、ホテルの質も高く、オススメのホテルです。

Positief: Netheid, personeel en service, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten en comfort kamer
Personnel et emplacement excellents
Personnels très accueillants et hôtel très bien situé. Chambre très bien et calme. Parking publique à proximité et facile à trouver (avec un GPS). Nous avons séjourné 2 jours. Possible de visiter les différents endroits à pied depuis l'hôtel.
