Ideaal gelegen tegenover de rivier, in het hart van de UNESCO-site en de antiekwinkels, in een gebouw uit 1793 volledig gerenoveerd in 2016, op de 4e verdieping met privélift, een appartement (100m²) van twee slaapkamers, grote woonkamer, warm en verfijnd, zeer helder, rustig, met terras met een panoramisch uitzicht van 180 ° over de stad en de rivier, geschikt voor maximaal zes personen.


VVV-kantoor, restaurants, winkels en diensten in de buurt, tram aan de voet van het gebouw (directe trein station, het congrescentrum en expositiecentrum van Bordeaux-lac). Belangrijkste centra van toeristisch belang op loopafstand.

Appartement bestaat uit een ruime entree, 40m² woonkamer met uitzicht op het terras en de rivier met een sofa bed, volledig ingerichte keuken (kookplaten, multifunctionele oven, wasmachine vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster ... ).
Twee slaapkamers (een van 16m² met 1 dubbel bed 160, 1 van 18m² met drie eenpersoonsbedden 90, grote badkamer (10m²) met dubbele wastafel, bubbelbad en aparte douche.

Exceptional Stay in Bordeaux

Needed a place to stay between trips. What a find. Spacious, had all the appliances we needed (including washer and dryer), roomy bathroom, overlooked the Garonne River. and was located amongst lots of restaurants and shops. Even had a nearby tram stop. Additionally, our host went out of her way to make us comfortable with the features of the apartment and answer our questions about Bordeaux. Superb!

It is a beautiful apartment with plenty of space. Very well stocked with anything you may need or have forgotten. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The view of the river from the terrace is spectacular.

Great location and great view

The host is very nice to help us since the moment we checked in. She responded quickly and make our stay worry free. The apartment is in the great neighborhood, Chartrons and very close (walking distance) to the downtown. We love our stay!

Outstanding View and Exceptional Host

The apartment is right on the river with a wonderful rooftop view. It's in a perfect spot in the heart of Bordeaux. There are restaurants, historic sites, and shopping all within easy walking distance. The host provided a wonderful information booklet in both French and English. She gave us a wonderful introduction to the room, the amenities and the city. She was a very warm and helpful person and was incredibly helpful with every aspect of our visit. We absolutely recommend the accommodations and the host. She truly is a Super Host.

Superb!

If you are going to Bordeaux this is the apartment to stay in. We were there for 7 days so seen most areas of the city and this was in the best location, not too far from the Centre and there is a lovely square just behind with lots of restaurants. The apartment has beautiful views of the river, cannot fault it and am currently recommending to friends. Berenice is a great host and the apartment was spotless, comfortable and large. If only all holidays lets could be like this!

Lovely location

The apartment was nicely located to walk to the sights we wanted to see in the city. The host of the property is extremely organized regarding local interests, food and wine. An amazing apartment

What a fabulous place - it's even better than we imagined. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, wonderful views, quiet yet close to everything. The attention to detail is incredible - including the different coloured towels so each guest knows which is theirs. Berenice provides great information on what to do and communication was fast and clear. It really is a luxurious place and we can't wait to return.

Tout était parfait. L’appartement est idéalement situé aux Chartrons, quartier bohème chic de Bordeaux avec beaucoup de cachet. Beaucoup de commerces de proximité ouverts même le dimanche, restaurants, le marché à 2 pas. L’appartement de Bérénice est sublime et très bien équipé. Excellent apartment in a perfect location for seeing and exploring Bordeaux.

Good communications right from booking stage to arrival, stay and departure. The apartment is perfect for the tram, play parks, shops, bars and restaurants. A really good place to stay and super quiet at night. Very much recommended.

Wonderful location, steps from the tram, restaurants and a mini grocery store. View of the Garonne was speculator - watching the morning sunrise on the terrace was special. Flat was clean and spacious. Berenice was a lovely host. We will return!

Great appartment, facilities and location!

Lovely appartment with a view over the river, very well equipped and decorated. Comfy beds and generous living space. The shower could do with some maintenance but there is a bubble bath too so that makes up for it!
