Located just 15 kilometers from Bordeaux, in the town of Saint André de Cubzac, on the Montalon hillside, known for crossing the 45th parallel, we welcome you to the "Lodge de Mermoz." In a haven of peace, on approximately 3000m² of wooded grounds, you will enjoy this pleasant and relaxing setting. The "Lodge de Mermoz" is an annex located below our architect-designed house. This completely independent studio, with its large bay windows, offers beautiful natural light in all seasons. Its large exotic wood terrace, outdoor furniture, large Jacuzzi (usable year-round), gas griddle, and sun loungers await you for enjoyable moments. The studio comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a living area that converts into a dining area (with a lift-top coffee table) and features a comfortable sofa and television, a sleeping area with a high-quality 180x200cm electric bed for a cozy night's sleep, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. The entire space is very well laid out and tastefully decorated for a comfortable stay. The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning. Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, and heating are included in the price. Secure parking is available on the property below the studio (gated property). You have access to three bicycles, including one Dutch-style bicycle. Numerous activities are available in the surrounding area: • Book your evenings at L'Ange Bleu (6km), the largest cabaret dance venue in Aquitaine, and enjoy shows worthy of the finest cabarets. • In Saint-Laurent-Darcé, enjoy a boat trip and water sports, outdoor activities, water skiing, jet skiing, paddleboarding… • Explore the Bordeaux vineyards, the Blaye Citadel, and Saint-Émilion.
