• Main Room / Living Room:
This space is thoughtfully designed to blend living and sleeping areas seamlessly. It features a cozy queen-size bed—with built-in niches on either side and electric plugs—that integrates naturally into the spacious living environment. Enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV equipped with Apple TV and Chromecast, or relax on the comfortable sofa.
Business travelers / Home office will appreciate the dedicated working desk complete with a surge protector, USB-A and USB-C plugs, an international travel adapter, office supplies, and excellent lighting. Warm wall lights set the perfect ambiance for reading or unwinding.

• Second Room:
Ideal for family or friends, this room features a practical bunk bed arrangement. If you have small children, a Pack ’n Play is available upon request, and the space is stocked with toys and books to keep them entertained.

• (Optional) Bring a book you don't longer need and leave it on the dinning table for future guests. And if you feel motivated, leave a note inside!

Our Earth-friendly initiatives at Maison Mondenard :
• Green energy: whether you’re using the coffee maker, your iPhone charger or the Tv, renewable energy will be used at the Apartment (from hydraulic, wind turbine and solar power sources). We also encourage you to turn off lights and unplug devices and appliances when needed. A genuine gesture for the environment and energy transition.
• Selective sorting in Bordeaux: for organic waste (black bin), cardboard (green bin) and glass. To facilitate the apartment’s cleaning, we encourage you to sort household waste and use the specific bins inside the courtyard.
