a bad night in a handicapped room
We were happy on arrival having some good things to eat at a pleasant restaurant with agood menu of varieties and friendliness at reception desk as we arrived late and went to eat sthing in the resto in the evening. Food was quite satisfactory.Then we checked in and went to rest to the room at ground floor.A family room with sufficient beds but for the handicapped people.Smell and odors were like in a poorly hygiened hospital, very unpleasant and horrible.We were late in the night we tried to sleep as we drove long from Pisa Italy.Impossible! We waited after airconditioning the odors would be gone.No, they remained the whole night.THe morning at checkout we told the story and we got back a compensation which is not a third of the price we paid but they were friendly enough and we didn't complain directly in the night.But what a horrible room! But we just said to them not to provide the next healthy clients that particular room of horror as a suggestion!And we are a family with doctors so we knew and sensed the smells of sickness.When we looked around other rooms they looked good.Why we got a bad nightmare!

Dear Robert, thank you for your review. It has always been our staff's duty to make our guests live their best experience, even their pet friends. Our Hotel is Pet-friendly, and for that we provide them a blanket, bowls for food and water and some treats.Our Restaurant offers varied choices of food and drinks with very large portions and vast buffet of different vegetables, fruit and local products.

Spacious but uncomfortable rooms.
Spacious rooms, clean, but bed was so uncomfortable that we can feel the spring. Difficult to have good sleep after all thise walks on the city center. Not for leisure trips.

Portiere di notte maleducato.
Telefonare in camera alle 22.49 ripetutamente perché gli dava fastidio la mia moto. Parcheggiata dalle 16.00 mentre diluviava... al lato dell'ingresso si preoccupava che il furgone della lavanderia non potesse passare agevolmente... ma chi lo ha assunto??? Dalle 16.00 alle 22.47.. come hanno fatto le auto a passare se ostruivo?? Cmq dal nervoso alle 23.20 circa in pigiama sono sceso a spostare la moto. Mai più.

Very nice and clean hotel. Close to mount Titano as well as to the beaches of Rimini. Great views in all directions. A little bit more choice to the morning breakfast would have been better.

Struttura dall'aspetto invitante esternamente come lo è di primo impatto al suo ingresso. Personale cordiale, gentile e professionale; unica nota negativa è quella di non aver proposto i servizi Vip al mio arrivo, ma solo dopo aver segnalato nel portale Expedia tale mancanza e il giorno seguente (Avrei potuto usare per esempio lo sconto alla Spa al mio arrivo e non il giorno successivo che sarei ripartito); Apprezzatissimo però il gesto di averci offerto il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno locale. Camera graziosa e accogliente; potrebbe essere migliorata con alcuni accorgimenti per renderla sublime e degna di un 4 stelle.

Conveniently located within a few minutes from the city center, with free parking was a nice place to spend a night and then continue our visit to San Marino. The staff was very helpful in arranging for us the small airplane flight over the old town. I have left my favorite dress in the room and they’ve sent it to our next hotel where I hope will wait for me.

La struttura piacevole nel suo complesso; è ubicata in zona che ti permette di raggiungere sia il mare che le zone circostanti per visite in borghi. Ich war auf Mopedrundreise. Nach erstmaligem Besuch von Venedig wollte ich auch San Marino auf der Länderliste abhaken. Vermutlich durch Corona war dieses Hotel konkurrenzlos günstig und auch sehr leer. Leider deshalb auch das Restaurant nur zum Frühstück geöffnet. Schöne helle Zimmer, freundlicher Innenpool und Whirlpool mit Zugang zum Aussenbereich, ansprechender Spa-Bereich.

This hotel is very new. The room is very big and spacious. There are plenty of space in the room. The bathroom consisted of two shower places, one as a bath tub and one as a enclosed shower. My room looks like two bedroom apartment. However there were a lot of switches and we couldn’t quite figure out which switch goes with which light. Breakfast was great, lots to eat. But it was hard finding the breakfast area. Also, San Marino is a confusing City for driving so we missed several turns to get to the hotel. The staff at check in was not very nice.

Leider eine riesengroße Enttäuschung
Ist sein Geld absolut nicht wert. Etwas runtergekommen und veraltet. Für 50 Euro oder meinetwegen 100 Euro die Nacht in Ordnung. Aber auf keinen Fall für knapp 200 Euro die Nacht. War eine riesengroße Enttäuschung für uns. Und dann sollte man auch noch 10 Euro pro Person für die Poolnutzung bezahlen. Eine Frechheit. Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes. Positiv: Bushaltestelle vor der Türe und Bus in die Stadt hoch. Wollten uns über einen runden Geburtstag was gönnen, war leider ein Fehlgriff.
