'We experienced this hotel as a disappointment. The description is mentioning soundproof rooms, which is not the case at all. As well the sound of adjacent rooms as the sound of the busy road causes a lot of nuisance. This was a first for us to use earplugs, which is a bit of a shame when you look for soundproof rooms...
At our entrance the room was not complete: no shampoos in the shower, broken safe and just one chair on the balcony. However, the staff did solve these problems quickly.

'De appartementen bevinden zich in een zeer fraai verbouwd oude burcht. De tuin, het zwembad is allemaal erg mooi gedaan, het uitzicht is echt bijzonder. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Echt een aanrader.

'The materials used and the sobriety of design was unique! Very clean and good price in low season. A must for anyone who wants to spend a bit more luxury in Riccione! Top location'

'We had a deluxe twin bed apartment which was well laid out with plenty of space but a little worn and in need of an update especially in the bathroom. Unfortunately the floors hadn't been cleaned too and we're covered with hairs but the next morning they came and gave them a good clean. Equipment in the kitchen is limited but sufficient with an old fashioned stove top kettle - not electric so not really the 'tea/coffee maker' stated. The beds were very hard which some like but as I suffer with a...

'Very clean and new. It was great to be so central and worth paying for a late check out. The lady that met us was extremely helpful and responsive to any messages.
The apartment number 24A that we stayed in was ground floor and it was easy for people from the street to see in through the window at the front. The bedroom at the back looked onto a courtyard. It could seem dark with the blinds drawn. We would have preferred to be upstairs but these are rooms rather than apartments. We would...
