'Our family loved this property!!! The outdoor spaces were even nicer than the pictures on the VBRO webpage. We spent most of our time outside either playing volleyball or in the pool. Plenty of outdoor seating spaces for our family of 15. The older family members brought all their snorkeling equipment and spent hours in the area behind the house. We do recommend some type of water shoes because the rocks were jagged. We would recommend this property to others 100%!'

'Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!'

'Loved the location and plenty of room in house. Beach was perfect and loved having walkable restaurants nearby. We enjoyed downtown Rincon as well! Convenient to have board rentals right next door. Beautiful sunsets and sunrise! '

'Tony was wonderful. Very attentive and knowledgable. He was a great guide as well. The location was close to everything . Walkable to a few locations. Close to the beaches and he referred us to wonderful beaches that weren’t so congested with tourists. The rooms were clean and we had everything we needed and if we needed anything else Tony would accommodate. There’s extra things in rooms to play and hang out as well as nice seats and tables to hang outside '

'We loved this house. Right on the beach, we had the constant sound of waves and the chattering of birds outside. The house and kitchen were fully stocked. Having a washer and dryer was so helpful. It was a really comfortable house and we truly could have stayed there forever. Helpful and friendly hosts. Would absolutely return, thank you!'

'We genuinely appreciated the pleasant and peaceful atmosphere at the location, as well as the delightful beach vibe. Dining at the restaurants was one of the highlights of our trip, and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner experience in the evenings. Though our stay was brief, we believe there are a few areas that could enhance the overall experience for future guests.For example, replacing the pillows would greatly improve guest comfort. 'Always stayed in San Juan. The West is the Best. Stu was super easy to work with and had great restaurant suggestions. Highly recommend 413 Scuba/Snorkeling. Kohl was knowledgeable and safety first. Saw so many fish! The beach by the house has much better sand and surf compared to Dome, Steps, Lighthouse. Very enjoyable and beautiful sunsets. No more big hotels in San Juan. A plus stay. '
