HOUSING

INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL:

- Welcome pack (first day only):
Toilet paper, instant coffee, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, sponge, soap, bin bags, Vanity Fair, etc.
- Consumables such as oil, salt and pepper are not guaranteed – this depends on the discretion of the previous guests.

-Sheets and towels: One large towel per person is provided, regardless of the length of your stay.
For groups of 5 or more, we provide bed linens for the sofa bed as well as an extra towel (for a total of 5 instead of the usual 4).
If your group is smaller but you would still like bed linens for the sofa bed, please let us know when you make your reservation.
Please note: Baby towels and beach towels are not provided.

- End-of-stay cleaning included.

- Self-check-in is possible via a key box on site.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS (not included in the basic rate):

- Travel cot hire with accessories (mattress, mattress protector, fitted sheet) = chargeable option & subject to availability.

- Mid-stay cleaning and linen change on request = chargeable option subject to availability.

- 2 fenced tennis courts (as shown in the photos): please note that rackets and balls are not provided

- 1 children’s play area (under 10s)
- 1 caretaker (on site subject to availability)
- Secure access with a code to enter each time you drive in or out (sent after booking)

THE ACCOMMODATION:

-The accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 to 2 children.
It is also possible to accommodate an infant: a high chair is available on-site, and a travel crib can be rented upon request and subject to availability.

-Apartment on the first floor of a secure and well-maintained residence.

-Exposure: Southeast

-2 private parking spaces reserved for the apartment.

-Area: 59.65 m² + 3 outdoor areas

-The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 to 2 children.

-Living/dining area with:
Sofa bed: PLEASE NOTE that this sofa bed is not standard size (140x160 cm) and does not offer the comfort of a real bed, as no additional mattress is provided—it is therefore ONLY suitable as an extra bed for 1 or 2 young children! Please note that bed linens are not automatically provided; they are available for groups of 5 or more guests (otherwise, please let us know in advance if you need them).

- Accessibility for people with reduced mobility:

Unfortunately, the accommodation is not accessible to people with limited mobility, particularly those in wheelchairs, due to the stairs and the layout; we apologize in advance.

Security and verification:

An ID card is required after booking to ensure the security of the accommodation.

No smoking indoors – Pets not allowed – Parties and events are prohibited out of consideration for the neighbours.

-Any stay that is currently in progress and/or has exceeded the refund period specified in the contract is due and will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
