'After 20 years back in Brunei and for the first time in this hotel. The hotel is a real treasure of tranquility, excellent service and superb facilities. Would be nice if more guests would appreciate all that the hotel can provide as this hotel clearly ranks number 1 when looking at the whole of Borneo.'

'This is a very fine modern hotel located in the heart of Kota Kinabulu. We particularly appreciated the fact that it was a short walk to the restaurant row on the waterfront which offered outdoor seating and a variety of cuisines.'

'The property is beautiful surrounded by a lush forest which brings around wildlife (including some monkeys that can be a bit invasive). The tram at Bunga Raya was really a pleasure, with smiles and warm hospitality.
We do have to warn of the sand flies, which left my husband with over 60 bites on his back even after applying repellent (I on the other hand was never bothered much, as with other guests it was a hit or miss).
Dinners were all to be served when we first arrived, but by the third...
