Going up the stairs leads to the upper floor, which houses the remaining two bedrooms and a spacious master bathroom, complete with both a separate shower and bathtub. To ensure you get the best possible rest, all the bedrooms in the property are furnished with two single beds each and are equipped with air conditioning.

The outdoor spaces are a real bonus: you can relax on the terrace or enjoy the private inner courtyard, which features a convenient laundry area and a handy second bathroom with a shower, accessible directly from outside. Rounding out the amenities is a convenient private garage, perfect for securely storing bicycles and motorcycles. Your four-legged friends are welcome (for a small fee), and you can easily park your car in the free parking spaces located right next to the property.
