'This is not the first time this has happened to my wife and I. The key cards kept failing in the room lock. We had to have the room keys a few times causing quite and inconvenience with our trip. The next time we book with a Comfort Suites, they should be free.'

'Stayed at SpringHill Suites in Waco. Staff was very friendly and the room initially looked and smelled clean. Unfortunately, we noticed a black stain on one of the pillows that also smelled sour, along with several questionable stains on the carpet. The shower had pink buildup on the door, and the sink drained extremely slowly. Cleanliness is the most important thing when it comes to hotel stays, so this was disappointing. 'We booked for the aesthetic and large in room bathtub- it took well over 30-45 minutes to fill the tub so that was a bit of a let down but there was PLENTY of hot water so not a huge disappointment or anything. Fantastic location, beautiful room, fun atmosphere. Enjoyed our stay! Definitely wish we had known about prom being held at the hotel but otherwise a great stay. '
