'Stay was good, exceptional service by restaurant staff, they made something off menu when requested, also everything was tasty. One thing they can improve is the welcoming part when guests arrive.. also please note the road to property around 500 metres is small and narrow, hardly a suv pass through.. otherwise all fine'

'Room (loft) was very spacious with view. It’s modern, clean, and comfortable. I carried a power adapter but found that they already have receptacles that will accept American, European, and UK plugs. They also have USB outlets. We had a nice balcony but couldn’t use it due to rain. We only spent one night but it was worthwhile. '

'Over a number of years we have stayed at lots of different hotels in India ranging from 2 star to 5 star and the Oshin Hotel in Kalpetta was the best for us. The standards of hygiene were excellent (no bugs in sight), all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and whatever we asked for e.g. iron and ironing board, extra coat hangers, more towels etc, were produced in moments. What makes this hotel extra special are the staff, every single one of them whether it was a housemaid, reception...
