No heating in the room. With a 36 degree fahrenheit Boston night time temperature, freezing is guaranteed at 16th floor. They brought in two space heaters and we hardly got some heat in the room. Worst part is, staff already knew there was a problem in this room and gave the room anyway, without a warning.

The property was beautiful, safe, and quiet. The only thing that keeps it from a perfect score are the "hidden" fees, which were even more than they admitted to at check-in. They basically made you eat at their restaurants by giving you vouchers with "no change" and then charged "more tax" on top of that when you left. I don't like feeling deceived. Tell me the whole price, upfront, period, and I know what I am paying BEFORE I get there. That's all.

Room was not cleaned when we checked in, there were crumbs all over the floor. AC unit did not work the 2nd night we stayed. Beware of vaping in the building, no where did it state vaping was not allowed and we were charged an extra $250 charge. They claim there was a detector in the room.

The rooms are good and the staff is friendly, but there are not much dining / breakfast options available especially if you have deitary restrictions. You can buy water bottles from the reception but thise are very expensive.
