The place needs maintenance repair. Staff do try to help you at any concerns. Place does need a better maintenance team, for repairs as walls bathrooms electrical. The first day was disappointing but once we mention the conditions of the room they did their best to accommodate us in a better rooms. Rooms was better but I believe a better maintenance team will fix many of the issues the place has.

The room was clean, but the entire floor was linoleum. The floor was very cold around the bed and couch areas. When I asked for an additional pillow, I was told there were none to spare. The coffee table edge and surface were worn and the legs were very loose.

The property was neat and clean and cozy. There was plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The only thing was, when we got there, no one was at the front desk. They were obviously busy helping out another guest and were very professional and helpful when they returned. But it was weird to stand there for about 10 minutes with no way to let someone know we were there and waiting to be checked in. We arrived at 10 pm, as we had informed the hotel. Great hotel, very clean, quiet, and cozy.

Although the property seemed decent from the online photos, my room was absolutely deplorable. There were cockroaches (I have photos), dirty sheets, dirty appliances, dirty kitchen area, generally unclean all around. I didn't discover the cockroaches until the morning, otherwise I would have left immediately.

What started as a great anniversary weekend ended shortly after we checked in. The room was a non smoking room yet smelled as if an entire pack of smokes was lit and rubbed all over. Needed 1 full bottle of Febreze just to tolerate sleeping in the room. Not to mention finding dead cockroaches in the kitchen and living room space on top of other assortment of bugs. Trash was not emptied out of the trash bin. On top of all that the bathroom vanity was damaged and so was the dresser with the TV stand. Lets not forget the lack of noises control after midnight. The property on the outside looks great but once you exit the main lobby you find parts of the ceiling tiles all over the floor casually brushed to the side of the hall ways and stairs. I will never stay at an extended stay ever again. Only good thing about this property is the staff. They do the best they can but when corporate keeps short staffing while consuming enormous profits for 1/2 a star accommodations its a miracle this one hasnt been condemned

When I showed up the place was dark and dirty. Someone had gotten badly injured and was being wheeled out in a stretcher, and people were partying. Manager was unsurprised by all of this. I wasn’t even able to check in, desk guy tried to charge me an extra $100 and couldn’t provide any documentation supporting this apparent “policy.” I want a refund.

Very nasty exp, First of all there was no one at the front desk, waited for almost 15 a 20 mints. I am in room now and the folding bed doesn’t open, called help desk but no response. The room is dirty and smelling bad.

Good place to stay
A good place to stay if you just want to sleep. Cleanliness leaves a great deal to be desired and Breakfast is a joke. They should consider improving those 2 points. With that being said, Location is easily accessible and Front Desk Staff is respectful, friendly and very professional with all clients I witnessed them interact with, including me. Both night and day staff there are delivering an outstanding customer service performance, and I would return just for this. I definitely recommend.

The property was conveniently located and affordable. Upon entering our room- the heat was set at 86F. The room was spacious but the TV didn't work, the sofa was uncomfortable and cupboards damaged. All of this was cosmetic and not a big deal for an overnight stay but the 2 dead and 1 live cockroach were disgusting.

There was dog poo on the hallway and several of the occupants told the front desk person (the guy’s name was Paul). He did not take care of it even after 5 hours. One resident said there was another dog poo in the corridor which stayed there for several days.

The hallways and the room smelled. The sheets were not comfortable, you could tell they were old. We actually slept with blankets from home. The bed was super uncomfortable and not very supportive. There was a cockroach by elevator. YUCK!

I booked two rooms. Both room had cigarettes smells. Friendly staffs. Convenient location.
