Good hotel But with Some errors
Staff and Food where good. We Stayed for 2 day (week days) and our room wasnt cleaned and they forgot. Got New towels for that. Our room had a lot of noise from the elevators (room 210) and after a complaint we had to check next day for another room. Free parking, great location But we paid a high price (Boston is expensive. Shower was Very good! Beds to small for 2 adults

Prima op doorreis
Het hotel ligt pal naast een drukke weg. Daardoor is het wel makkelijk te vinden, maar ook luidruchtig. Het is net gerenoveerd, dat is prettig. De bedden (2) zijn goed, maar erg smal en daardoor niet geschikt voor twee personen. Als je voor een 4 personen boekt, moeten dus twee personen op de slaapbank, die dan weer wel voor twee personen geschikt is maar toch oncomfortabel blijkt. Het blijft tenslotte een slaapbank, dan heb je gauw rugpijn. Slaapkamer en woonkamer (waar de slaapbank staat) zijn door middel van een glazen deur van elkaar gescheiden. Daardoor valt s'avonds licht in de slaapkamer. Neem dus een oogmasker mee, als je graag in het donker ligt. Van maandag tot donderdag biedt dit hotel een 'happy hour'. Dat betekend gratis snacks in de lobby met wat fris. Na een lange autorit precies wat je nodig hebt. Fijn! Zouden meer hotels moeten doen.

I would never stay in this fleabag again. Just dirty! Breakfast is microwave garbage that gave me raging diarrhea. Breakfast chairs and tables are Filthy. Walking to my there was always the same bag of food garbage in the hallway for 24 hours. The place just SMELLS. The rooms have these weird fishnet style drapes that you can't shut so you can only get dressed in the bathroom. Forget about the bed sheets and pillows. I should have tried to find another hotel but instead I went to Target and purchased sheets for 20$ and put them on. This place is doom and gloom. Just sad and dark.

Upon arrival we were told the room we booked wasn’t available and we would be out in a room with one bed for me and my 76 year old mom. So we ended up paying $250 for me to have to sleep on the couch, not happy about that at all. Front desk offered some snaacks as compensation. Rug is the room was ripped, fridge dented. Rugs in halls had stains.

From check in to check out, we had an enjoyable experience. Krysten was welcoming at check in and staff was overall friendly and convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean. I travelled with my grandchildren and the suite room was enough. The breakfast was very good with hot and cold options. The area felt safe and many food options were in driving distance. This hotel was not too far from Boston city center. I got good value for my money and I'd recommend this hotel to others..

This property is dated, I am so disappointed. I took my family to stay in a hotel with dirty bathroom, stains on bed board, not working appliances, we have to ask multiple time for basic items, at the point that I went to Walmart and bought what they could provide. They only had one staff member ( staff member did amazing, the problem is obviously management) hate when I had to call to ask for something. I think they need to do something to reduce noise from street and other rooms ( changing windows, better isolation, update mattress, specially the sofa bed mattress). We could hear everything from next door room ( very uncomfortable and unpleasant). We decided not to change, huge mistake. For two time came around 9pm with our kids, seeing guess smoking weed in front of the parking close to the entrance. Not pleasant either when you have to explain your kid “what’s that smell” overall we felt that we stayed in a MOTEL, that’ll explain everything better.

I didn’t know what to expect with this hotel however it didn’t disappoint. The inside of the hotel was surprisingly nice. The room was large, well equipped and the small kitchen in the room was perfect to prepare our small meals. The morning breakfast was really good. The pool was perfect for our small kids because it wasn’t deep. To be honest this hotel was not what I was expecting, it was better than expected. I would recommend this hotel to any family particularly with kids. It’s also pet friendly. I didn’t bring my pet however it’s nice to know they are also welcome.

It was fine for our purposes (a quick 2-day stay to visit the Boston area) but not somewhere we would not return to. The hotel is in a quiet area, and there is a Sonic right next door. Otherwise, there isn’t much to attract. The hotel is not very well maintained; the furniture is stained, chipped, and/or broken and uncomfortable. It was just mid.

Maintenance needs updating. Shower area falling a part. Many cracks and peeling paint. Mattress with huge pee or spill stains when you remove sheets. Tub was so bad and there was hair all over shower walls and tub. Obviously not cleaned at all in room. Straightened up fine but not cleaned and sanitized at all. I had to go to store and clean it myself for my own relief. Somewhat helped. I tv had access to app like YouTube or something with music but the channels offered were actually decent. Cant complain much on that. The kitchen area was such a good help. I love that about this hotel. I strongly dislike and did not feel comfortable with the window. The curtains were see through at night and the black out curtains you cant close them all the way. So lights on at night, not an option for me. Not too much. Also a weird occurrence being charged multiple times after leaving hotel on same card. Thankfully i secure it but overall i liked the hotel. I hope the charge situation was just a mistake because i would love to return someday. Staff were all pleasant to see in passing and very polite.

La piscine de l'hôtel était fermée, sans aucun préavis! Il y avait beaucoup de bruits (plomberie, autoroute, chiens qui jappent). Les déjeuners étaient bons et complets, les chambres propres.
