The main selling point of this hotel is the location. With a 10 minute walk to the station you are in Boston downtown very fast. Staff is friendly, but the facility is not in the best shape. Furniture is run down and the rooms are not clean. We had stains on the headrest of the bed and blood on the floor.

Very basic but ok and a good value for the price. It was not good how there was a routine fire alarm that went on and on in the early morning on Tuesday the 21st and the staff did not let customers know ahead of time. It was ridiculous and people were needlessly concerned.

It was overall clean. The furniture was not in good condition. The bed was comfortable but had a stain on the side and was not enclosed in a mattress protector. There were some minor things that needed repair. The breakfast is very minimal and runs out most mornings before 9:30. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is good and close to the subway (10-15 min walk).

L'hotel est un bon hotel de 3.5 étoile. Il est facile de se déplacer en métro, même ci celui-ci n'est pas très performant (la ligne rouge). Il y a plusieurs restaurants asiatiques sur la même rue, ainsi qu'un bon petit resto pour les déjeuner et un bon resto familiale juste en face. Le centre de ville de Quincy est facilement atteignable à pied.

Maid service - not as I expected
We booked 4 nights. We put do no disturb on door next morning. We told cleaning person the next morning not to clean room but come back the next day. We never had our bed made the whole time. I asked for fresh towels from maid at the same time we put the sign on door. It wasn't until the last day did we get new towels again. The room was nice and staff was nice, nice area of town.and breakfast was very good. Just wish they had done our bed and fresh towels daily. We don't travel alot so I thought our room would be serviced daily. Maybe I was wrong. Other wise. I would stay again and find out in advance the room routine.
