Yearly Getaway
We loved the location, could walk to many places. We were a little surprised when the second shower didn't work but Maria offered to have the plumber come the following day, which we declined because we didn't want the interruption. The 6 of us made do with the one shower. Spacious and comfortable place to stay.

Beautiful home away from home!
We could not have been happier with this beautiful apartment home! This was the first floor of a two floor duplex and it was perfect! The bedrooms were comfortable with butter soft sheets and great beds. The bathrooms were beautifully appointed and the kitchen and living areas were spacious and comfortable. We were ideally located to get to see family in Chestnut Hill and we will definitely be back!

This property is immaculate and exactly as is shown in the pictures. It is located in a beautiful small suburb of Boston and in a very quiet location. The Host, Maria, was easy to contact and communicate with and is just a great person.

We booked this home a year ago in preparation for graduation week and we were not disappointed. What a beautiful neighborhood with close proximity to coffee shops and amazing restaurants. A parking spot, which in Boston is not a given. Ease of check in/out and a host that was quick to reply to any question. What more could we ask for!

A Great Stay During the Boston Marathon
This VRBO is true to its word as a great stay in a great location. This ground-floor residence is spacious (applies to every room), well-appointed, comfortable, and convenient. It was immaculately clean on our arrival and had everything we needed for our two family members who ran the Boston Marathon. Maria was attentive, responsive, and cordial in responding to us--we greatly appreciated that. The parking spot is a real plus; we needed it for a 1-day rental car for a trip out of town. Thanks for making our 6-day stay in Boston so enjoyable.

Quiet and safe SW Boston neighborhood Brookline location was 200 yards from convenient train - 2 stops to Fenway. Complete lower level of house had ample space for family of 5. Host Maria’s communications were professional, adding to the confidence of this property, which we would repeat.

One of the best stays
Our stay in Boston was amazing. This home was spotlessly clean, perfect amount of space for our family of 5, and incredibly convenient. We spent 3 days doing all of the touristy things. We had quick access to the T station and felt safe walking around the area. This was our last stop on a 2 week road trip and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable stay
The house was very clean and the beds comfortable. The big TV in the living room was perfect for relaxing. The upstairs neighbors were a little loud but not excessive. The only thing I would recommend is providing coffee to your guests. We were able to pick some up but it was the first VRBO I've stayed where there was nothing available to the guests. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

The house was wonderful! Having 2 bathrooms was perfect and we ate around the table many times! Everything you need for a great stay:)

The property was very clean. It had three bedrooms and two baths. There was water when checked in , which was a nice touch. It was convenient to the T stop at Brookline village. There were restaurants and grocery shopping nearby or using the T . The neighborhood was very walkable. There were several nice parks very close., The kitchen had only a few pots and pans and those were in bad shape. There were dishes and utensils, but limited number of those. it made it challenging to cook at the place. The dishwasher was appreciated, as well as the cleaning supplies for dishes . The dining area and bar stools were very nice. The cloth seats on the dining chairs might not be ideal for a rental. The towels were nice, but did not dry in between usage, so this was not ideal. The washer and dryer and pods for washing was very appreciated.. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again in the future, Thank you for a nice stay.

Spacious, comfortable 3 bedroom in great location
Five of us gathered for a long weekend. The location and the size of the apartment suited us well. The kitchen was decently equipped so that we could do prepare simple meals and gather around the table or at the counter to enjoy conversation. Everything was clean and we lacked for nothing. Closets instead of hanging racks would have been a plus. Area rugs to add warmth and coziness would be nice. One of us would have been happy to have had blankets instead of a comforter to sleep under but otherwise the apartment was well-appointed. Maria was great about answering questions prior to our arrival!

Overall, the check-in process was very smooth and the indications clear. The property was as described. Few areas if improvements: the small deck had tons of old rotting newspapers which we had to collect and dispose. There was a broom but no dust pan. Kitchen and cooking supplies were a bit too basic considering that the house can host 6 persons. Overall a good experience in a nice area of town which I would repeat.

A really amazing location with a 3 minute walk away from the Brookline Village T stop. Great food and cafes nearby, check-in and out were super easy. Maria was incredibly responsive and helpful. There were three large bedrooms with queen beds, a spacious kitchen/dining area, and a cute living room - we admittedly spent very little time there simply because we were exploring downtown. It was a quiet, lovely stay!

We had a great stay at this rental. There was plenty of room for our party of 4 to spread out. Everything was clean and practical and the neighborhood is a lovely, quiet area - but close enough to shops and markets. We were so glad to have a parking space, and while although it's a tight spot for a larger car, it really beat having to stress about street parking. Thanks for accommodating us!

This place was a spacious 3-bed, 2- bath, 1st floor apt - very clean, updated baths and kitchen. Location was 1-1/2 blocks from the T line to downtown - you can buy round trip tickets at the station kiosk. It’s also a short walk to area restaurants, bars and shops, and less than a 10-minute drive to the Gardner Museum and the Arnold Arboretum.

Perfect layout and location
We are from CA and came to Boston to move our daughter into her dorm. We needed to shop for all her dorm supplies and wash her new bed sheets…. The condo was perfect! Only 10 minutes from campus, we had a parking spot, access to laundry and plenty of room. We also enjoyed walking a short distance to get snacks and dinner.
