'Super vriendelijke ontvangst, attent personeel. Voelden ons erg welkom. Prachtige kamer. Goed ontbijt'

'Very friendly staff and good rooms. Perfect location near red, orange and green subway lines and lots of places to eat in nearby chinatown. Recommended!'

'Een zeer mooi hotel, jammer dat de geluidsisolatie zo slecht is. Ondanks mijn kamer op de vijfde verdieping, werd ik ‘s nachts wakker van de trucks die het vuilnis ophalen en het bier leveren voor de volgende dag/nacht. Dit duurde telkens van 3 tot 5 uur.'

'Clean, beautiful hotel in the best neighborhood. Staff is friendly and we loved that they offered “social hour” with a free drink every day for guests and left water bottles and little chocolates or caramels by the bed after turn down service. Only thing lacking was a treadmill in the gym for my husband but they offered gym passes to a local gym a few blocks away'

'Mooi hotel super locatie'

'Mooi hotel. Schoon, netjes, vriendelijk personeel en de locatie is meer dan uitstekend.'

'We loved the location and the host was amazing. We only wish the sidewalk construction wasn’t going on because it obstructed part of the beautiful view.'

'This hotel is way overpriced for a 5* accommodation. Next to that the pool was closed due to renovation, while during booking they mentioned that it would be done and reopened. Most of the staff was not much attentive. Not coming back here.'

'I absolutely loved staying here. There are so many stores and local eateries nearby. And I love that the yard house is in the building.'

'Great location for city trip. Really liked the bikes at the hotel and friendly staff. Was a bit less happy with the room as such. Noisy as in could hear my neighbors, but also from air conditioning and the refrigerator. Bathroom appeared old. Shower in bathtub not great. Found it too expensive for the room provided.'

'from the front desk, Valet, housekeeping…. Were all very friendly and helpful. We had an excellent time. If I had to make one complaint was the pillows were thin and not super comfortable. I’m sure if I called down to the front desk they would have tried to help me with that. But I didn’t it was one night not a huge deal. Would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The only thing is that we stayed because house of Blues as right there. Not knowing that we couldn’t just walk across the street...

'Top locaties goede bedden schoon en heerlijk ontbijt'

'Beautiful hotel and the staff was wonderful. They gave us a corner room with a great view of the city. The room was spacious with a comfortable seating area.'

'I would be hard pressed to come up with anything not great about this hotel. Absolutely great ambiance, great staff, and high standards. All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston. I can recommend this Hotel to everyone that seeks a place to unwind after an intense day of business meetings.'
