The communication from the management company was dreadful. I booked this place for my cousins wedding and then long after I booked I suddenly got a message saying they had accepted my cancellation (I was at work in meetings when i was supposed to have cancelled). This was despite being told when I booked that the booking was not cancellable.
I then rebooked as it was one of few local options when it was re-advertised for more money.
Despite asking Expedia and the management company what happened, neither ever came back to me.
Parking was suspended due to building works next door and the local council having reserved the parking for builders so getting parked was a constant nightmare, I tried to book parking but was told it was full.
The overall property was nice, however for an apartment to suit 6 guests, having six bowls, six plates, six cups means you have to wash up regularly or run the dishwasher half empty.
In short, it feels like a nice apartment, fitted out to bare minimum budget with a rubbish company doing the management.
I don't often leave negative reviews as I'm a positive person generally but these people were really not guest focussed and I felt like i'd been scammed at the last minute when i needed somewhere to stay for the wedding.
