Hotels met airconditioning in Bottrop

'The room needs an upgrade. The furniture is visibly stained and overused. The basic commodities like toiletries, water boiler, thee or coffee were not available in the room. The opening/ closing hours of front desk are not included in this information about the property. Also Needs to be updated! The front desk clerk can’t hear well and the customer has to speak very loudly to communicate. Not very welcoming. Nothing against anyone but a hearing aid or upgrade of the hearing aid will help...

'Vriendelijk personeel. Niet veel diner keuzes maar wat er was was erg lekker. Schone kamers. Klein probleem op de kamer met lekkage, werd direct verholpen met een nieuwe kamer.'
