We offer, in Boué, this modern house with jacuzzi and sauna, of a surface of 322 m ² and being able to accomodate until 12 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², open fully equipped kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, six bathrooms with shower and you can enjoy a garden of about 530 m².

The accommodation is composed as follows:

In the first gite, on the first floor :
- A living room of 40 m² with TV, a sitting area and a dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Bedroom 1 : A double bed (140x190) with a bathroom with shower and toilet and a terrace of 7.5 m².
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds twinned to form a double bed, which cannot be divided, with en-suite shower room and WC and a 7.5 m² terrace.
- 2 separate WCs
- Room with washing machine and tumble dryer

In the first gite, on the first floor :
- Room 3 : Two single beds twinned to form a double bed, which cannot be divided, with a bathroom with shower and WC adjoining
- Room 4 : Two single beds twinned to form a double bed, which cannot be divided, with a shower room and adjoining toilet
- A mezzanine with table soccer, board games and books

In the second gite, on the first floor :
- Room 5 : Two single beds twinned to form a double bed, which cannot be divided, with a shower room and adjoining toilet

In the second gite, on the first floor :
- Room 6 : Two single beds twinned to form a double bed, which cannot be divided, with shower room and adjoining toilet
- Wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi for 6 people. Opening hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Exterior:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 530 m².
- A terrace of about 23,5 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

The house is ideally located in Boué, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also stores, restaurants, bars, market...

- Outdoor tennis court with free access.
- Fishing

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house, which can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.
