Villa Calma is a relaxed South of France holiday home, thoughtfully arranged for up to 12 guests with a warm atmosphere and outdoor spaces made for easy summer living. With around 173 m² of living space, it offers 6 bedrooms, 4 double beds, 4 single beds, air conditioning, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, a desk area with piano and a sofa bed.

This is a place for friends, family and long sunny days together. The house has the authentic feel of a French holiday home, with practical living areas, a welcoming atmosphere and everything you need to enjoy the South at an easy pace.

Outside, the terrace naturally becomes the heart of the stay. The private pool is hidden from view, while the pool house and bar set the scene for summer drinks, barbecues, music, laughter and late-night conversations under the Mediterranean sky.

Inside, Villa Calma offers comfortable living spaces, a family kitchen and a layout made for groups who want privacy, flexibility and a great base near Béziers.

From Boujan-sur-Libron, you can easily explore Béziers, its historic centre, restaurants, arenas and famous Feria. Valras-Plage is less than 20 minutes away, while Cap d’Agde is around 30 minutes by car.
