'Hello, I recently stayed at the Lady Luck hotel and unfortunately, don't have a positive review. The entire buildings AC was broken and it was incredibly hot in the room; even with the window open (4 inches) it was impossible to sleep. Also, the elevators are horrible, and take an average time of 5-10 minutes! This place seemed to be operating in White Lotus survival mode honestly. I'd love for management to reach out and either refund my money or comp it. Sadly, nothing really sticks out as...

'The room was comfortable and spacious. Even though the hotel is close to the highway, there were no noise issues. The sink wouldn't drain properly. It turned out that the plug was completely clogged; I dragged it out and it was full of long hair that smelled extremely foul. Clearly this hadn't been cleaned for weeks. The breakfast was rather poor, but that appears to be the standard for this type of chain hotel in the US. Barely any fresh and healthy options. Instead, you get prepacked toast...
