'The staff was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful and clean. We went for Mothers Day and ate at the Italian Restaurant and it was really good.
The only complaint I had was that they charged us $45 for a half bottle of wine. when I looked up the wine it was only $15.95 for a whole bottle! make it make sense please! Otherwise the hotel and restaurant were perfect!'

'There was trash outside the room. Hairballs on the floor. Stained sheets. Tub would not drain. Staff never asked if our stay was okay. Would not recommend! The positive was the roof did not leak during the storm.'

'The property was WAY overpriced for the quality of the building/accommodations. $500 a night. It is obvious that hotel has been redone, trying to be more "upscale". Doors were lightweight and had a "cheap" feel to them. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Really need to invest in some better pillows--very small/lumpy. Breakfast was basic. Room temp. was comfortable.'

'Building held together with glue. Huge carpet holes - tripping hazard in hall. Strong mold/fungus odor in room - owner obviously knew because there was a dehumidifier sitting on the floor. Bathroom door stuck closed with loose handle and hinges- had to lift the door up to open. Parking lot too small - had to park in adjacent liquor store lot. Staff was pleasant and free coffee station was nice'

'modern hotel. Centrum is aan te lopen. Parkeren is betaald, maar in de nabijheid van het hotel s'nachts grratis. Als je een kamer met ontbijt hebt geboekt, vergeet niet de ontbijtcoupon te vragen zij vergeten hem te geven. De coupon is $15 per kamer waard. Ontbijt is allen ala carte, keuze zeer beperkt en de muffins lijken wel een beschuit.'

'Er was kennelijk een ongelukje gebeurd op de vloerbedekking. Daardoor was onze kamervloer niet schoon. De rest van de kamer en het hotel was juist wel keurig.
WiFi was gewoon slecht. Erg langzaam en het viel steeds uit.
De receptioniste was erg vriendelijk.'

'The staff at the reception were courteous and helpful. I used the stationary bicycle in the gym. Didn't have time to use the indoor pool but it looked clean. I didn't like the smell of the room. It took a bit of work to program TV so I could watch. Convenient location. Reasonable price.'
