Pretty sunny village house with view and garden

Discover my charming house located in the heart of a quaint little village 10 minutes from the Gorges de l'Ardèche. This rental is perfect for those looking to recharge their batteries and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

This is my main residence, at the end of the renovation there are still some small finishes.
It is very well exposed and very pleasant to live in.

Upstairs, the bathroom is adjoining the bedroom, a curtain separates them.

To access the first floor, a slightly steep staircase should be taken with caution (see photos)

Nikita🐈‍⬛ is 16 years old and will keep you company during your stay, in return she will need you to take care of her (water, kibble, litter, "cuddles ;)").

2 pillows and a 4-season duvet (260x240) will be available. Travelers will have to bring their sheets as well as their towels and dish towels.

The air conditioning does not work, a fan will be available.

For the internet connection, all mobile networks work well in the home.
