Charming Two Bedroom Apartment Near Beach, Town and Meyrick Park - Free Parking

Our peaceful two bedroom apartment is ideally located near Bournemouth town centre and its award-winning beaches. Backing onto scenic Meyrick Park, it offers a lovely walk to town. One bedroom has a king-size bed, the other a trundle bed converting to a double. Enjoy a spacious living room with balcony and large wall-mounted TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a good-sized bathroom with shower, a separate WC, and plenty of free on-street parking. A perfect base for a relaxing stay.

The apartment is on a single floor and accessible by the ground floor. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed with plenty of clothes storage. The second bedroom has a trundle bed (single with a pull out single underneath to make into a double) We have the room made up as a double bed as standard. There are two bathrooms, one as a WC and the other with shower, toilet and double sink. At the rear of the apartment is the large living room with wall mounted TV and fast WiFi. This leads to a balcony with a garden view. The dining area is located within the living room which then leads to the kitchen fully equipped with all the essential amenities including a dishwasher and washing machine.

Bournemouth town centre and beaches is only a short 20 minute walk away with plenty of bus routes on the main road which is a few minutes walk away on Wimborne Road. Meyrick park is accessible at the end of our road which has plenty of space for picnics and woodland walks.

The apartment has a strict no pet and no party / event policy.

There is plenty of free parking on the roads outside the property.
