This brand new white modern luxury beachfront villa is located directly on the Bali Sea. The villa was built in 2018 . The villa offers 2 floors, with a total of 4 airco bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a private pool, sun beds and your own private staff. It is also possible to rent this beautiful villa with the adjacent villa. That makes both villas suitable for 20 guests.

The villa is located right on the beautiful Lovina Beach in northern Bali The villa is a luxury 5-star villa with 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 adults and 1 baby. This villa is well equipped with private pool, fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, BBQ place, a tropical garden, lounge corners and Bale Benong (Balinese lounge corner). In special cases, we can expand the number of guests to 9 or 10 adults and 2 babies (we have 2 cribs, 2 high chairs and baby car seat) and an extra sofa bed for 1 or 2 adults).

Villa Lovina Beach 2 is an ideal place to stay for large groups, families with children, friends or yoga/meditation retreats. The villa is also suitable for parties such as weddings or anniversaries. The villa is completely private and guests have access to everything this villa has to offer.

Staff:
Villa Lovina Beach has an excellent staff with housekeeping, gardeners, security and a captain (boatman) for private tours. The villa has its own boat -which can accommodate 12 guests- for such things as dolphin watching, snorkeling or day (sunset) trips along the coast.

The villa's staff team consists of nice and friendly people. As a guest, you have the service of your own private staff of the villa. They are humorous and do their utmost to make you comfortable so that you have an unforgettable stay. They work six days a week, 8 hours a day (except night security: 7 days).

The cost of the staff is included in the rent, also the cooking of all meals is included, only the groceries for food are at your own expense (except the first "welcome" dinner after arrival). For your convenience, the staff can do all the shopping. You should give them money in advance to go to the local market. Afterwards, they will provide you with receipts. The staff will only charge you a small fee for transportation costs (gasoline). Food prices are affordable, the cost of living is still lower in this northern part of Bali.

Transportation:
The best way to get around Bali is by private transportation, whether you drive yourself, hire a driver, take a moped or go on a bicycle. This gives you the flexibility to explore and allows you to reach many places that are otherwise inaccessible.

For sightseeing tours, you can also use our private driver. Most of our guests do just that. Arrangements can be made through our villa staff or through our help desk. The driver speaks very good English and is also a good guide, he knows the most beautiful places and hot-spots to visit in Bali! The use of a private car with driver is only IDR 750,000 per day (4-5 people) and IDR 1,200,000 for a large car (6-10 people) including the car, gasoline and the private driver/guide. There is also the possibility to rent motorcycles/scooters for IDR 60,000 - RP 80,000 per day, including insurance.

After booking, we will send you a welcome letter with all details of the villa and an information guide of Bali with more background of the villa, staff service and fun suggestions to do and see in the area. In the villa you will find brochures and more information.

Beautiful beaches, dolphin rides, terraced rice fields, plantations, mountains, monkeys, temples and a number of quaint villages and towns are nearby, such as Lovina and Singaraja. This ancient capital of Bali is home to the Gedong Kirtya library where you will find the famous Lontar Manuscripts. South of Singaraja you will find Bali's most spectacular waterfall, the Git Git waterfall.
About 10 minutes from the villa, the Buddhist monastery Brahma Vihara Arama, also called the little Borobudur, is worth a visit, as are the famous hot springs of Air Panas which are 5 minutes away. You will find beautiful snorkeling and diving sites, such as Menjangan Island nearby and also one of the finest golf courses in Asia, the Bali Handara Kosaido Country Club, is just an hour's drive away.
