Beachwalk 106 Shipyard Hilton Head Island, 5 Min. Loop naar het strand

Beachwalk Villas hebben de beste en snelste toegang tot het strand van elk appartementencomplex in Shipyard. Deze villa ligt op 3 minuten lopen van de Shipyard Beach Club en de Atlantische Oceaan. Het ligt aan de overkant van het Sonesta Beach Resort, het Van der Meer Tennis Center en 27 holes kampioenschapsgolf. Bovendien heeft Shipyard twee ingangen met poorten die snelle toegang bieden tot alles op het eiland, inclusief Coligny-winkels en restaurants. De villa ligt op enkele minuten van het gloednieuwe Celebration Park dat in maart 2020 wordt geopend.

Onze gasten merken consequent op dat de unit de meest smaakvol ingerichte, terloops elegante villa is waar ze van hebben genoten. Het is een hoek, alles-op-één niveau, 2e verdieping, voorkant van het complex, strandwandeling villa - biedt de meeste privacy beschikbaar. Deze prachtige 1BR / 2 complete badkamer villa biedt onovertroffen kwaliteit en waarde. Het heeft een toplocatie: Shipyard Plantation, een van de mooiste delen van het eiland gelegen tussen Palmetto Dunes en Sea Pines.

Deze villa is volledig gerenoveerd - met travertin tegelvloeren, tapijt, keukenkasten en werkbladen, eet-in bar / buffet, apparaten, evenals meubels! Een walk-in tegels douche en Braziliaanse graniet ijdelheid in de Master Bath is toegevoegd. Er is ook een nieuw en efficiënt Trane HVAC-systeem geïnstalleerd. Ook is er een elektrische grill geplaatst op onze grote achterpatio.

De grote kamer, eetkamer en keuken zijn open en bieden een onbelemmerd uitzicht waardoor deze toch al grote unit nog luchtiger, lichter en vriendelijker is. De designkeuken heeft een wrap-around bar voor uw eetplezier en gezelligheid. De grote kamer heeft een open haard, een nieuwe 1080p flatscreen lcd-tv ,, ROKU met Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu-Plus en een grote tweepersoons slaapbank. De eetkamer kijkt uit op de lagune. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, een eigen badkamer, een nieuwe flatscreen-tv en een dvd / cd-speler en twee kasten. De eenheid heeft ook een tweede ligbad met een douche. Gasten hebben draadloos internet in de hele villa (en op het dek); langeafstandsgesprekken zijn gratis!

Buiten biedt een groot privéterras rondom uitzicht op de lagune, de natuur, de bomen en een glimp van de golfbaan en tennisbanen, die allemaal een rustige omgeving creëren. De villa is goed gevuld met boeken en is geschikt voor verschillende smaken lezen. Beachwalk heeft een groot, zonnig privézwembad en een dekgedeelte. Golf, tennis, fietspaden, een zwembad en het strand zijn allemaal in het zicht of in de buurt, waardoor dit een ideale villa is vanuit elk standpunt. Alles is aanwezig om u zich thuis te voelen op het strand en om u zo actief of vredig te houden als u maar wilt!

Hurricane Debbie stay

Even though we were only there for 2 nights due to hurricane Debbie, this condo had everything you would need for your stay. Kitchen was fully equipped, bed was very comfortable. We loved the deck - many places to enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink and enjoy the great outdoors. We never had any issues, but owner was a phone call or text away. We will definitely be back next year.

Excellent lodgings on multiple counts

Place is as comfortable as you can get. Master bed mattress (queen size) was top notch, and pull-out sofa bed (queen size) was very good for its type (and a delight for two grandsons ages 11 and 8). Quarters are well decorated, super clean, and as well located (immediately opposite the parking lot of the Sonesta) as you can get on HHI; just a short five-minute walk to the beach. And owner Neil is super responsive and attentive to everything. Replies immediately to any sort of query, and sent a text one day informing us (while we lounged on beach) that internet was reported out and would be restored in a couple of hours). That's about as proactive as its gets. Will very likely stay here again and recommend it strongly to everyone else.

We were in town for a wedding. We stayed at the Shipyard for 8 days. This property is perfect location to the beach and bike/walking paths. Neil was quite helpful especially when our flights changed. He was always available by text and did what he could to accommodate us. His condo is beautiful, clean and well stocked. We look forward to returning again (hopefully in the Fall). A Perfect Place

You cannot get a better location. Easy acess to Harbour Town, the cross island freeway, the pool and a simple walk across to the beach. The codo is equipped with everything you need. The atmosphere is beachy and airy and being on upper floor gives plenty of privacy.

Great Condo!

This was a lovely condo with the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had when renting vacation units. The owner was great to work with and with the hurricane Ian hitting Florida just days before we were to arrive, and not knowing where it would hit next, kept nervous travelers updated on the conditions in Hilton Head. We hope to stay here the next time we visit Hilton Head.

Great Getaway!

Like being in a treehouse when you look out over the beautiful landscaping surrounding this bright and well furnished unit. Nice, roomy layout with a large, fully equipped kitchen. All the numerous amenities, like hooks to hang clothes and towels, made for a relaxing stay. Pool area right around the corner and beach only about a ten minute walk along a shady path. Perfect location to everything on the island too. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay!!

The communication from the owners was friendly and above and beyond from the very beginning. The condo is very nicely furnished and comfortable. It is the most well supplied condo we have ever stayed in including kitchen utensils and small appliances as well as things like dish soap, toilet paper and paper towels. We had absolutely everything we needed. Just a short walk to the beach along a nice path. The Shipyard area is beautiful and we enjoyed biking that area. Definitely recommend!!

Shipyard is a great community and Beachwalk is in the best location. Leave your car at the unit and it’s a quick walk to the beach. Clean and spacious unit with great communication from the owner. Definitely looking to do it again!

Loved the furnishings at 106 Beachwalk

Neil and Kim's condo was super clean (fresh paint) and very well furnished. We appreciated the recliner in living room and desk in the large bedroom--amenities that are not usually found in one bedroom Hilton Head rentals. Our week was fabulous, and it was easy to communicate with Neil.
