Charming bungalow with a hot tub, walking distance to downtown Nashville

This little gem in the charming town of Nashville has been completely renovated to meet all of your needs during your stay. Enjoy coffee on the front porch, an evening sitting around the fire pit or soaking in the hot tub. This home is a short walk to downtown Nashville's shops and restaurants. It is also less than a mile from the new Brown County Music Center as well as 1.5 miles from Brown County State Park.

The space:
Daydreaming of relaxing by a creek? The Bluebird Bungalow is a completely renovated 2-bedroom 1-bathroom home nestled by a bubbling creek less than a mile from Downtown Nashville.

From appliances to furniture, everything is brand new. The kitchen is equipped with all of the cookware and utensils you will need. Have a meal at the kitchen bar or dining table. The living room has a comfortable couch with a Roku TV over the gas fireplace. The main bedroom has a king size bed, Roku TV, access to the deck, and a lofted space with a twin bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and additional lofted space with a twin size bed. The bathroom has a beautifully tiled shower with a luxurious backlit vanity mirror over the sink.

Outside there is a spacious deck with a hot tub, grill, and dining area. Off of the deck is a fire pit with wood included. The front porch overlooks the beautiful creek with a tree swing nearby.

Come to The Bluebird Bungalow and enjoy all that Nashville has to offer while not giving up any of things your life can't do without.

Guest access:
The day before your arrival you will receive a message containing all the information that you will need. The home is equipped with a smart lock. Your specific access code will allow you entrance.

Trouble keeping thermostat at temperature, it kept dropping. Bathroom very small. Walkway to house is gravel and stone, very hard to wheel suitcases and cooler to door, too far to walk to downtown shops.

This is the second time our family has stayed here - lovely home, fun roasting marshmallows and hanging out as a family at the fire pit, kids love the swing and playing in the front yard, husband loves hot tub, and this home is in walking distance of downtown. Our family loves coming here, and specifically to this home. Host is wonderful, too. Hope to return again!! I highly recommend this home!!

We were trying to get in with early check in and they said it had to be 4:00 and when we got there the cleaner was still there and we had said we had meetings, but we couldn't get freshened up before our meeting :( She was there until at least 4:30 maybe 4:45 she had lots to do yet when we left :(

The cottage was clean and neat and had everything you could possibly need. Check-in was easy, but the front door lock was tricky to operate. Great location, minutes from everything. Deck, hot tub, and fire pit were very inviting, but the weather during our stay didn’t permit their use. We’d love to come back again to enjoy them.

A lovely little hide-a-way! Perfect location to town. It felt like we were in the woods but just around the corner from downtown. Decorated and updated so nicely! Outside are is awesome with hot tub and fire pit (wood supplied)! We loved it! If I’m being super picky…the smaller bed was not as comfortable as the king sized bed and the kitchen could use a few more small to medium casserole dishes to cook in the microwave or oven—but that is being super picky. We will definitely be back! Went with my mom on this trip but will return with my husband! Loved the stay!

Our 43rd wedding anniversary

We arrived at the Bluebird Bungalow and found that our place had not been cleaned from the last group. I texted our host who quickly responded and in 15 min a sweet couple arrived to make it right and our host refunded our cleaning fee. Things like this happen and we left to get a bite to eat while they cleaned. No problem. I make mistakes too and our host made it right. Very happy and it works out best if you don't get worked up and show some grace and understanding. We still loved the place and we will have no hesitation to book again with this host! We booked this place for the location, hot tub and firepit. We stayed most of the day at this venue for our 43rd anniversary. Side hint: turn up the heat on the hot tub right away. It takes time for the temp to rise. Be patient and enjoy your peaceful stay at the Bluebird! Thank you Courtney and for the local prompt attention to the sweet couple who came to set us up with a fast clean. Been there myself when I have forgotten a step. Staying humble and forgiving goes a long way. Blessings abound. There is just something good in Brown County Indiana.

Great Cottage

This cottage was a wonderful surprise. It is full of some of the latest amenities and is decorated nicely. We loved the hot tub, which is situated on a very private deck and has a roof over it, so we could use it even when the rain came. The bathroom is small, but very nice. It is close to town and close to the state park. We loved every minute here.

We were four friends getting together for our yearly get together and being in our seventies the comfort level of the cabin was disappointing to say the least. The biggest problem being we froze! The thermostat was set on 70 and there was no way we could adjust it or just turn it off!Furniture uncomfortable. Disappointed in response from host who told us she could not always respond quickly because her work text were mix in with any text she would get from her guests. Guess us old ladies were expecting a bit more
