  • Nieuw huis met drie slaapkamers 2. 5 badkamers gelegen aan het noordelijke uiteinde van 28th Street in Spanish Wells op slechts 20 seconden lopen naar het strand. Bekijk onze andere 2 huizen die we al jaren in dezelfde straat hebben, VRBO-lijst # 667474 en VRBO 250142.
    Huis is volledig ingericht met centrale A / C gratis WIFI en kabel-tv.
    House ligt in een rustige buurt aan het einde van de doodlopende straat met zandpad naar het strand op slechts 200 meter afstand. ingesloten buiten douche picknicktafel en gas grill bieden allemaal. Nieuwbouw voltooid in november 2019. Zowel 4-zits en 6-zits golfkar, fietsen en kajaksl te huur.

The house was great, perfect size and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach, where a table, chairs, and kayak were available for use. It was nice to have an umbrella provided and plenty of beach towels as well. The beach is beautiful!We enjoyed having a grill to use to cook fresh fish and lobster.

Cozy Cove was pure paradise! We are a family of three, with a 2 year old. It was fully and comfortably furnished including a pack n play. They quickly provided a a brand new child life jacket so we could use the kayak. The beach was pristine- raked every morning by the amazing groundskeepers, view of Pear Rock, and swam with sea turtles everyday. We cooked most of our meals at home. The provided golf cart was great for getting around the island and nightly Papa Scoops!The owners were so accommodating for any of our needs and quick to respond. We’ll definitely stay here again!

I had the most absolute best time.. we had fun relaxing on the beach, kayak, floatable lounger and chairs, Jody and his wife are the best hosts and we’re available anytime we needed anything! I will definitely book again!

Nice cottage close to beach. Decorated for Christmas. House was missing a can opener, but super fast response from owner. Very quiet little area and would be suitable for kids.

This was the first time we stayed in this property. It was just as described. Extremely clean and modern inside. All the kitchen gadgetry that we could ever desire. The large kitchen table. made a great gathering spot for the family when we gathered around to eat meals. Bedrooms were all spacious with plenty of closet. Space. A very short walk to the beach where the kayak and chairs awaited us. I would definitely stay here again. I met the host on day two and they were very genuine gracious people. I can’t recommend this property enough.

Tara and Jody were great hosts!Took care of anything we needed!When the golf cart just about ran out of gas, he even brought a small gas can over because the majority of all gas stations are closed on Sundays on the island!!!We will definitely be going back and staying at one of his houses

The house, location, beach and everything included were amazing, clean and exactly as described/shown! We will definitely be back and stay in one of the 5 properties that the host offers! We also booked a charter with captain kid and sons which a give a 5 star review as well!

Outstanding home, great service from host. Everything the listing says is true - super clean - beach accessible- perfect! Other things no one writes - comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, great table for dining and cards/games, comfortable living area for watching TV.

The owners of this property were amazing! Helpful, resourceful, knowledgeable of the island and assisted with all the comforts needed for a wonderful vacation! The house is updated, gorgeous and well equipped for those that want to prepare meals like we did. We will definitely be back!

Amazing property on an amazing little island. Ample rooms and amenities. Host communication and responsiveness is first class(we had a flat tire on the golf cart late at night and they had it repaired and back at the house within the hour) Would highly recommend to anybody. Beaches are world class

Pleasant stay; close to the beach

Jody and his team was very kind, helpful, and accommodating. The property is just steps from a private beach access. Would love to return if we are able to in the future.
