It has a newer HVAC ductless system, ceiling fan, recessed lighting and a full-size closet. All utilities including Wifi is provided with the fastest internet speed available.

Walking distance to Kaiser & PIH (Downey) hospitals and a short drive to Rancho Los Amigos, St. Francis Medical Center and Coast Plaza Hospital.
The space
This upstairs studio features a kitchenette with dining area, queen size bed, sofabed, dresser and desk. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and crock pot. There is NO stove, but there is an electric hot plate. The kitchen is equipped with standard utensils for cooking. The queen size bed is dressed with comfy, all cotton, high quality bed linens.
Other things to note
COVID 19 Precautions: After each guest, all hard surfaces are disinfected (walls, including shower walls, floors, glass, handles, shower head, shelf, mirror, bottles, toilet, tile floors in bathroom, kitchen counter, appliances, sink, faucet, doorknobs, tabletops).

All dishes and silverware are removed, washed and replaced.

All bedding (including pillows, blankets and bedspreads), towels and rugs are removed, washed in hot water and replaced.
