A well-appointed kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and nearly all the cooking essentials you may need, making it easy to enjoy meals at home. A cozy sitting chair and dining table for two provide comfortable indoor spaces, while the large, natural wood built-in table doubles as an ideal workstation or a place to enjoy meals.

The bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower, a Jack-and-Jill sink, and a separate water closet—blending style and functionality.

Other Things to Note

Electricity: Electricity is not included in the nightly rate and is charged separately based on actual usage at $0.40 per kWh. The electric meter will be read at check-in and again at check-out. Guests can easily control their usage by turning off air conditioning when it is not needed.

Island Living: Roatán is a tropical island, and occasional power or internet interruptions can occur. You may also encounter tropical insects, geckos and other island wildlife during your stay. The property is regularly maintained and treated, but these are a natural part of life in the tropics.
