The two-story house is located on a quiet, small side street branching off from Av. Habib Bourguiba. The highest level of comfort awaits you on both floors: two modern, fully equipped kitchens, three bedrooms—each with its own bathroom and air conditioning—as well as central heating for the winter months. The first floor features a spacious living and dining area that invites you to linger and relax. Directly adjacent is a modern, open kitchen.
All bedrooms have their own bathroom with a toilet and access to a balcony or a spacious terrace.
