Recently renovated beachfront condo 1126 that is literally only steps away from the beach. Two beach chairs and one umbrella included from March 1st - October 31st. A large king size bed welcomes you to fall asleep to the sounds of the crashing waves or stream your favorite show on a brand new 55-inch smart tv.

The condo sleeps up to four adults and 2 kids thanks to a large queen size sleeper sofa. Enjoys watching movies at night or catching the big game on the 75-inch 4k tv. No need to share the tv since the kids can enjoy their shows on their own private smart TV in their own bunk room.

The modern kitchen has all the tools you need to take your fresh catch and turn it into a gourmet dinner and serve it on the beautiful quartzite countertop and island counter. Take your indoor-outdoor living to the next level with the expansive new deck that includes a rain guard allowing you to spend as much time as you can savoring the stunning ocean views along with al fresco dining. With these new updates, the space you have available is nearly doubled! You and your family can enjoy those quick pop-up showers without having to go back inside! New stay cool technology keeps the deck nice and cool even on the hottest summer days.

A private shower off the deck gives you the convenience to wash off the sand before returning to the condo, while you can leave your beach gear on the expansive landing.

There is plenty to do on site with numerous swimming pools, tennis/pickleball courts and even a pitch & putt golf course. No need to pay for rackets, paddles, or clubs as these are provided. Food is not a concern as the property boast two great spots. Enjoy a quick bite at our very own beach front cafe, The Sand Flea for an amazing lunch! For an amazing dinner, you can not do better than the award-winning Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant on the waterfront. Avoid the beach crowds on your very own private beach. And don’t worry about having to haul all your gear because you are only a minute walk away from the beach.

Attention all Tesla owners!! A brand new 12 stall Supercharger station is less than one mile away. Range anxiety is now a thing of the past as you can charge your Tesla while you get all your shopping done at the Win Dixie Supermarket!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The condo had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. The complimentary beach chair service is a huge plus. Being able to walk right out onto the beach made our beach days so much more enjoyable. The covered porch and stairs / landing was so helpful when needed to wash off sand and sit with our family in the evenings. Scott was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We can’t wait to book our next stay!

The condo was absolutely perfect for us. We looked everywhere for a location that had true “walk-out” beach access and found it! We loved the ability to sit on the back deck and then walk right out on the beach. We took advantage of the beach chair rentals. The condo was very clean and well maintained; the kitchen was fully stocked with any utensils you could need. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets as well. This is the perfect spot for a couple or a single family to be able to get away and still be affordable right on the water! The host has great communication skills and answered any questions right away. We will definitely be back!

Everything about our stay was excellent. Scott was always available to answer any questions before we arrived, check in instructions were thorough and he kept in touch during our stay. There was a mechanical issue while we were there and before we could blink, he had someone there to fix the issue. I also loved how close this was to the beach. Probably about 20 steps to the boardwalk, then about 15 more steps across the bridge and then heaven. Also loved having the beach service included. I have stayed in a lot of different places in Destin over the years, and this is one place I will definitely be coming back to again.

We had a great time staying at this condo. The condo itself is so nice - it has been updated; everything is new and it is decorated so cute! It looks EXACTLY like the pictures on vrbo. It is in the perfect location and is just steps from the beach. Scott was so helpful and checked on us several times. We couldn't ask for better service. The condo came with free beach chair/umbrella service and had everything else you could possibly want/or need. If you are wanting to stay in a perfect location, in the perfect condo, you need to book this one! We will be staying here again!!!!

My wife and I have been going to Destin for many years. We have stayed in a lot of very nice properties, but we both agree this is the best trip we have taken. The property itself is part of Sandpiper Cove, which has many things that we enjoy. Of course, the beach, pools, and the Louisiana Lagniappe. But this unit in particular was meticulously clean, it was literally steps from the beach and included chair service. It just made it that much easier to really relax. The owner, Scott was so friendly and kind. He was always very responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions. He really helped to make our stay just that much more special. We will definitely be staying here again.

The place was clean and perfect size for a family of four. It was right on the beach with all the sand toys and chairs included. It was perfect for our two kids to just run out the back in the private courtyard which acted as their personal sandbox. Convenient beach access and the condo compound had all the amenities with a very good restaurant!

Location was amazing and amenities were great! Check in easy and the host were very responsive and checked on us several times during our stay. The only reason for the 3 stars for cleaning, is floors and furniture not being completely cleaned. Appeared to be pet hair on the furniture and sand on the floors. Also the bath tub wouldn’t hold water when my wife tried to take a bath. There was a vacuum on site so these weren’t major issues, but the cleaning crew could have taken a little more time cleaning the floors and furniture. We would absolutely stay there again!

My husband an I had a great time. This location is everything! it is right on the beach, just steps out of the back door right on to the sand. Place was as described.. clean and all amenities you would need. The beach chairs were an added plus since we forgot ours and didn't want to purchase more. Scott made sure we got in ok and if we needed anything. This is our new favorite spot!

We loved our stay. We stayed for almost a week and we had everything we needed. Beach view was great, so easy to walk to the beach. Literally right there. And umbrellas and chairs are a HUGE deal having included. We will definitely be using them again! We couldn’t be more grateful
