Wonderful Trullo Villa in the heart of Valle d'Itria

The Gitrullo is in a highground position on the main street that connects Martina Franca to Villa Castelli and it offers a relaxing journey in a strategic, quiet area surrounded by greenery that grants you full privacy.

Guests can access to the trullo by two entrances. The first leads to the TRULLO SOVRANO (the main one), where you can find the dining room. Here there is a wooden table with 6 seats, a large sofa-bed, a TV stand and other typical pieces of furniture.

BLUE ROOM
The first bedroom has a double bed, a drawer, two nightstands, a big mirror and a wardrobe with six doors.

BROWN ROOM
The brown room has a double bed, a wooden bench, a wardrobe with two doors and a mirror.

Each bedroom comes with air conditioning, a radiator. The windows overlooking the garden are also fitted with a mosquito netting.

The HALLWAY is fitted with a writing desk, a pouf trasforming into a single bed, ideal for children and a small window.

You can get to the second cone of the Gitrullo from the second main door or through a stone hallway. Here there is the colorful kitchen, where guests can find a kitchenette, two ovens, a coffee machine and a refrigerator.

As far as it concerns the outdoor space, in front of the Gitrullo there is a wide RELAX AREA with sofas for ten people, loungers, small tables and a sunshade hanging umbrella.

An OUTSIDE DINING AREA offers a 14 seats table with a barbecue, a double sink and a washing machine.

Next to this area, there’s a terraced PATIO with two pine groves and a 4x2 meters swimming pool. Here you can relax on our loungers in the sun or in the shade of the gazebo.

Our private PARKING AREA can fit 6 cars and it is surrounded by fruit and olive trees.

The property has CCTV service and an alarm.

Prices include utilities, taxes, the use of the parking area, with cleaning and linens (bedcloth, 3 towel for each customer) changed every week.

Prices do not include breakfast and anything not mentioned in the “prices include”.
